Gave the hotel 3 stars due to location only. Room was decently clean but don’t get your hopes up. Booked 6 months in advance for Jan 2022 so got a good deal, otherwise would suggest staying elsewhere. The staff was rude, never greeted us during our 4 day stay. When asking for extra towels or sheets, the staff questioned why we needed the items.

Cannot recommend staying here enough. Room was spotless, outdoor hot tub was amazing, and the customer service was top notch. This is right by the hill + all amenities. Have to give a special shoutout to Jessica and Ryan. Right from the get go they went out of their way to make our stay as best as it possibly could. Thanks a ton again guys, we will definitely be returning whenver we stay in Whistler.

I stayed at the Adara For opening day. The rooms are nice. HOWEVER, if you are a light sleeper… and request a village view be aware that the hotel is above Buffalo Bills and surrounded by 2 other popular bars in town.. The hotel provides you with ear plugs.. I’ll just leave it at that. If you want to party great spot otherwise.

I've just returned from another wonderful stay at Adera Hotel Whistler! I have now thoroughly enjoyed both a summer and a fall trip up to Whistler, with my accommodation of choice being this hotel. Both times I have thoroughly enjoyed each trip thanks to the very patient and kind staff. They have always accommodated all our needs and the pool, hot tub and fire pit are nice added features that my friends and I really enjoyed utilizing. The facility is clean and the rooms come equipped with everything you need. Additionally the location of the hotel is perfect, it's located right in the village making

My wife and I have stayed at this hotel twice now and we love returning. We have friends that are visiting us from Ontario right now and we wanted them to get the Whistler experience while they were here. They absolutely loved everything about the hotel. The hot tub and pool grounds were always kept so clean and well maintained. It's the perfect location right in the heart of the village, easy to walk everywhere. There is parking available right on the premises and it is just really cozy! We highly recommend this place!!

We came to Whistler for our elopement and stayed at Adara in one of their spacious renovated rooms. We had great front desk staff who were accommodating and felt like all our needs were met! It was a great room for pictures and relaxation during the time we spent there. Our only downside was the parking wasn’t the best and unfortunately they don’t congratulate us on our big day even after seeing us! Overall was great for the price!

I give this hotel a whopping 4/5 stars. The rooms were nice, big enough for 2 people. Private patio on the upper level where our beds are (we had the loft). Only downside is every time we took the car and came back, we had to call front desk for them to open for us. And the parking garage is very small and quite difficult to navigate through. However, the reason why I am giving this hotel 4 stars, is because it’s directly connected to the village! Through the mezzanine level and the pool and restaurant right outside the elevator. Friendly staff as well, which goes a long way.

The hotel is really lovely. We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite on the 3rd floor. Things we love:
The room was very clean.
The bedding and pillows were high quality, feather duvet and pillows!
The towels and robes were large, thick, plush and soft!
Many of the reviews talked about the noise from the street, we did not experience any noise and slept totally fine!
Outdoor pool and hottub were really nice as well.
Only thing we were annoyed about was there wasn't parking available when we arrived (hotel only has 6 parking spaces total) so we had to drive a few blocks away to park in public parking

This hotel was pretty nice. Great location near all the bars and restaurants. Room was pretty good for the most part, A/C was stuck on one setting and unable to turn off and on. Also no more shampoo left in the dispenser. Pool was nice and was exposed to lots of sun but unfortunately was very dirty. Service was good except for one of the women who was extremely rude and spoke to us and other customers with a very poor attitude, definitely not the type that should be working in hospitality. Would stay again if the price is right.

You can see from previous reviews that this hotel is attached to the bar next door. Our room wasn't ready and the front desk clerk gave me the key to the bathroom. I was given the wrong directions and went into the space shared with the bar. Their bathroom was absolutely disgusting, throw up, diarrhea etc. This is not the hotel but it is connected to the hotel on the 2nd floor. Anyone can access that door. That did not make me comfortable to say the least. Then as we were waiting for our room in the tiny lobby area, I overheard a staff member say things were running slowly because the staff

Great place to stay with even better service! The staff were amazing and fair. Secure storage for bikes and our things, even after we checked out was just excellent so we were able to enjoy the afternoon in the… village. The almond cashew milk in the lobby for coffee sealed the deal for this vegan! So pleased with my stay here and will definitely be back!

Very noisy hotel! It is next to pubs & clubs that runs till 4am
You will not have peace or quiet or even good nights sleep!
Had to wear earplugs to sleep but still can hear the noise
Front desk staff was friendly & welcoming EXCEPT for the management team
They were rude, accusatory, argumentative & lacking in proper customer service when asked about the situation about the noise
It is in your best interest that.....if you are going to accuse someone of something you should have sufficient evidence before u bring it up or you look like the fool

We stayed at the Adara for Valentine's Day weekend 2/14-2/17 this year and had an amazing experience! Our room was on the third floor and we never once heard any noise from the neighboring rooms or from the nightclub downstairs. I don't even know what nightclub other guests are talking about...perhaps Buffalo Bill's? Anyways, no issues with that, or anything else. Our room was very clean and they up-kept it every day for us while we were out. The rain shower was great after a long, epic of boarding. The staff was all very friendly and accommodating. After having our booking for 6 months, and being 9 days away from arriving, the hotel cancelled my booking. After a stressful few days of having credit card fraud and being without a credit card, Adara tried to charge my card which declined because it had been cancelled, after trying to call me on a busy work day and not even leaving a message I get a cancellation within an hour, without giving me enough time to even call them back. After calling to sort out with new details they told me they've already reserved the room, and gave me no solution, and simply rude, defensive service in return

Great proximity to everything within whistler village, awesome desk service, complimentary snacks & drinks at the lobby, and the room was modern & clean! Stay here if you want to be right across the street from the nightclubs/bars/food.
I planned to stay for one night in January and Adara hotel offered the lowest price (although still pricey!) amongst all the other hotels for that day on booking.com . The room itself had a small wet bar area (mini fridge & small counter with a coffee maker & cups), comfy bed, chic fireplace & TV, and fancy bathroom with a rain-showerhead!

Stop what you are doing and read this. Save yourself a terrible terrible experience and stay somewhere else. The managers at this hotel have most likely lived under a rock their whole lives and do not seem to understand what customer service means. That's the only explanation I can come up with after the way we were treated during our stay. Let me explain. Throughout our stay we were denied extra towels and Kleenex when we asked. We didn't ask for 10 towels. We asked for two extra towels. We didn't ask for a pallet of Kleenex, we asked for one extra box.

We stayed here this past weekend for my birthday and it was enjoyable. The lobby was small and modern where they bake fresh cookies (GENIUS) and also provide granola bars during the day. It's pretty pricey but so is everything else in Whistler during this time. We stayed in a King suite and it had a gas fireplace, microwave, fridge and one of those boot drying things (life saver). Only issues we had were that the fridge was not cold at all, even after trying to lower the temp, the hallway gets pretty loud at times when people leave or come back from the day and, of course this isn't the

I work in television production and as such I stay in a lot of hotels. Some are bad, but most are pretty great. Adara? Meh. There are so many great places to stay in Whistler, I am usually excited about coming here and trying out a new and fancy place. The Listel, the Delta, Aava, I've stayed at and all I really enjoyed. Here, at this small, boutique hotel, it feels at once as if they're trying too hard and not trying hard enough at the same time.
The room I got, just off the elevator on the second floor, appears to be the handicapped room, with handicapped grab bars at the toilet

We stayed at Adara for only one night, in October 2015. The location is really great, just a few steps from the town centre. If you need to get to the grocery or liquor stores, a restaurant or bar, or for shopping, you're just a few steps away.
We received phenomenal customer service, causing me to up the rating from 3 stars to 4. We were checked in by Barbara, who deserves huge credit for being friendly, welcoming and helpful. A definite asset to this property.
The lobby is regularly stocked with coffee and some amazing snack bars. The bars were very tasty, but the only time we tried

Went to Whistler in February and was very pleased with this hotel. It is a boutique style hotel and has a very modern feel to it. Our room was very welcoming and the added touch of the electric fireplace made the room very cozy. The customer service at The Adara is exceptional. Each staff member that I interacted (via phone call or in person) with was very pleasant and friendly. They were also very helpful with directions and recommendations during our stay
Location is awesome! It is super close to The Village and to the slopes. Just a quick walk through the village and the ticket booth is right

Five stars all the way. Cody at the front desk is amazing... incredibly helpful, accomodating, and friendly. We were very pleasantly surprised with our room which turned out to be a small apartment--I would live here!
Super dog friendly. Right in the middle of all the action at Whistler Village. Clean. Modern. Great experience overall! And they bake fresh cookies in the afternoon!

Loved staying at the Adara, especially for the price!
The location in the middle of the village is perfect, easy to find driving in and easy to get to the mountain. The resort is pretty low on frills which is what we are looking for as we like to spend most our time boarding so it is a good option for a place with less amenities which means you won't be paying the extra for said amenities.
The staff was warm and welcoming. The hotel itself has a fun, trendy vibe. It was awesome to wake up to warm breakfast cookies!
I will say the hot tub area is a little lacking. There is only one placed

Great hotel in the middle of a village. From there you can walk anywhere. Everything was in a walking distance for us. Great staff and customer service. The only thing I didn't like is when I booked the room online they told us that the parking included when we got to the hotel the front desk said they don't do that and parking is $20/ night. We parked in a public parking for $10/24 hours.
Other than that everything else was great
