The Pemberton Valley typically experiences very dry weather in the summer. Winters in Pemberton are typically moisture-laden with snow and rain. Would not less us stay even after we paid. Hotel policies were not clear until AFTER we paid. Lodge claims that terms and conditions were clear on the third party website that we booked with, but this is simply not the case. If it was we wouldn’t have spent the time on making the reservation. They want to claim the terms and conditions were clear because they don’t want to admit they were wrong in this case. We would be happy to honour their specific policies if we were informed of them ahead of time, and have a screen recording of the booking process as proof to show that their full policies

⚠️Consider staying elsewhere. Many reviews about disgruntled and rude staff at this overpriced establishment. Most likely a reflection of the management/owners who run this place with such negative attitudes. Not surprising cause this hotel is known for encouraging discrimination. Seriously take into consideration your personal well-being before paying big bucks to stay at this overrated negative place #truthbetold

Our group was quoted $237 for a room with 2 beds. When we got there 5 minutes later they said they only had a 1 bedroom. With the pet charge the room came to a total of $350 for 1 night. The window in the room leaked so much overnight onto the floor it ruined some of our stuff. Paying $350 a night for a place with poor rooms that doesn’t even serve breakfast… Just go to whistler! We won’t be back.

Unacceptable treatment of handicapped guest. No handicap parking underground, as they converted those spots to EV spots. When we parked taking up 2 spots (ramp vehicle) the manager Michelle insisted we move the… van, making it impossible to extend the ramp and thus impossible to use the car with the handicapped guest. They had one handicap parking spot outside, but as it was snowy that was not usable.
Asked front desk for a toothbrush, manager made sure to tell me they were NOT complimentary (paying that much for a room and you can't give me a $2 toothbrush?) but that they didn't have any

We checked in when the highways were closed. Had tried to get home via this highway. Mudslide hit closed this highway. The stay made a bad situation better.
The staff were friendly and helpful, the room that we stayed in was a studio style. It was fairly large and had a kitchenette, with everything that you could want to prepare meals.
Thank you, everyone, would definitely stay there again.

Excellent location, very clean room. We got the two bedroom suite and it was spacious, very clean and the kitchen was filled up with all equipments needed. Complimentary two water bottles are available when you arrive there. There’s a nice outside pool and hot tub . Room is full with amenities.It’s so close to restaurants and to one mile lake. Underground parking is an advantage there. Front desk staff were friendly with us , although some reviews says the opposite.

For a big family our stay was great. there is a lot of mosquitos so bring spray but there’s so many acvitivties outside and the pool is okay only 5ft deep though. the room we got was nice very clean . the room door was semi broken but was fine because our kitchen was amazing and the rooms were clean . we even got our own washer and dryer !!! overall it is a nice space for a bigger family and we have fun

The hotel is located on the main highway but is distanced enough that there isn’t a lot of noise and with the windows closed less so. Check in went well and everything was spaced out for safety. The pool was nice to enjoy however the hot tub just wasn’t hot it was only warm. The fitness area is a bit small but works if you need a quick workout. The room itself had a small tv however we never used it. The French press coffee in the room was a nice touch. The walls are fairly paper thin but the guests were quiet so wasn’t an issue

Love it here. This is the 4th time we've been here. There is a pool and hot tub. At the deepest the pool is 5 feet. Nice sitting area near the pool. Rooms are clean however aging a bit. Staff are really nice. I took a star off because the duvet/comforter had blood stains, yes, plural, on the bottom corner and I seemed like it had attempted to be concealed by tucking it into the corner of the bed which is pretty gross. Otherwise everything was great!

Wow let me start by saying our company has spent over 25k here over the last couple months. Lots of different jobs up there, and there’s will continue to be lots more in the future. The guest service manager… Michelle is rude, and has absolutely no regard for her customers. She has charged us $500x2 in fines saying there was weed ash on the patio. Apparently the cleaners found a small amount of ash on the railing on a first floor room upon us leaving. It was very windy and easily could have blown there as a smoker was walking by. I spent quite some time trying to explain to her we

Do not stay at this hotel. They like to grab extra money from you totally unjustified!
We had parked our car in the underground parking lot, which by the way was not even quarter full, and the right wheels of our car were half way on the yellow line and not even 2 inches on the adjacent parking spot. It would not have hindered another car from… parking next to us. When checking out we found a $50.00 parking fine on our invoice. There was no warning! When asking for the manager and owner of the hotel resp. E-Mail address, we were told he would probably not answer to our mail. And sure enough
