Review long overdue but must mention a customer service agent, Latvious R., whom I will never forget due to her empathy and understanding regarding a very personal experience I was going through. Latavious went above and beyond from check in to check out… and more. Latavious is Pan Pacific’s way of showing how important the customer service experience truly is. Thank you again.
- spacious rooms with view!
- oversized soaking tub!
- great location!
- fantastic customer service!

Great, great staff and service. The front desk staff is extremely professional and considerate. The agents know guests by name and are always ready to extend themselves to satisfy any guest request. The front hall and lobby marble gleams and smells wonderful. Rooms are well-appointed and the location can't be beaten. Whole Foods is right downstairs. The hotel is walking distance to Google, Amazon, famous Seattle landmarks, and a lot of great food options.
The negatives include the extremely expensive parking and the amount of street noise,no matter which room you stay in. It almost sounds like

Fantastic place to stay in Seattle. Rooms with views of the city and Space Needle. Showers need to be more spacious. Bartender’s Brian and Alex provide great service along with great food and great laughs, all staff provides impeccable service from doormen to front desk. Close to all transportation and Whole Foods. The place to stay for a Seattle Kraken game.

Booked the hotel to celebrate being separated due to Covid for almost a year. Was disappointed when we checked in to find out the water was being shut off from 9pm -5am when we were only staying one night and would have lack of amenities in the room due to the water shut down. We were assured by the front desk it was worse case scenario that the water would be shut off for that period of time. But it did happen. No toilet and bath facilities was not nice. We asked for bottled water when we got back from dinner and was given 2 small bottles. We ordered the romance package which was expensive and

Great stay! First time for more than one night, we'll worth it! Fabulous staff, ultra clean room.
First time ever we heard dogs in the hotel, but wasn't bad at all.

The balcony suites here are awesome! There was a little bit of dust in the air duct, but it didn't stop us from loving the views and comfort of the suite. On my birthday, they brought me sparkling cider and glasses on a silver platter, totally on the house, because I told them I don't drink! The front desk staff here is almost as friendly as the staff at Cirrus (which isn't even a hotel- Cirrus is a luxury apartment complex). We ended up staying for over a month because of how great an experience this was. And with whole foods and multiple restaurants, and even a dry cleaners, literally right out

I had to leave after 2 days of asking 6 times for room service. I am understanding of mistakes, but we used everything down to our robes for towels so we had to leave. I am a single mom and packing up all of our stuff for me and my two daughters and find another place to stay, was an inconvenience to say the least. For being in the hospitality industry in downtown Seattle, not one person reached out to apologize or respond. The manager was very aware of the situation and could not be bothered to try to accommodate us or even an apology. we were paying for services we did not get and still left

The staff, although understaffed. We're exceptional! Everyone from the bar and restaurant, to front desk, to Bell and valet service. A highlight of our trip was Marc. He took care of our Bell and valet service and was just above and beyond. The room was nice and very clean. Hotel was in a more upscale area of downtown. Close to great bars restaurants and shopping. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

I checked in here last minute to get away from the heat. From the moment I got to the reception desk, Becky was so lovely and easy to talk to (not to mention, she ran a very efficient check in!). The room is lovely, the bath is heavenly, and the hotel is super quiet. Room service has been A+ - including the very friendly folks at the front desk who took my calls *and* the lovely people who delivered the food - which is a major deal for me so I am happy to give this beautiful hotel a perfect review!

Simply stunning! There is no way to put into words how gorgeous this place is. Everyone who works here treats you as a priority and will do anything to make your stay memorable. The location was great and near things we needed to see and go to. The restaurant we went to was delicious. We left here with no complaints whatsoever.

I love this hotel, good location and good service too. We stayed at the club room level which includes breakfast, snacks, afternoon tea, and great city view. Our room is spacious and quiet.
We had such a great time and great experienced dealing with their staff. Very friendly and attentive. They surely know how to take care of their guests.
They also have a nice relaxing bar downstairs where you can lounge, hang out and relax after a long day of exploring the city.
I highly recommend this hotel.

Pros:
5 minute walk to the Promenade MRT station
Great buffet
Great bar and food court
Swimming pool, fitness center spa, architecture

Cons:
Wi-fi very spotty
Not too many amenities nearby

Overall, I had a great experience here. I would probably try another hotel next time though since the majority of my time doing the touristy stuff is far away from this hotel, so I would probably pick a hotel where most of the action is.

Everything in Singapore is modern, clean and EXPENSIVE!! With that understanding, the pan pacific fits perfectly into the Singapore way of things. It has a great location to the marina and there is a mall attached to the hotel. Entrance is on the second floor. Recommend taking advantage of the mall for cheap eats! Hotel prices are through the roof and if you are trying keep what you can on the inexpensive side of things then the mall or outdoor eateries are the way to go!!
Lucky for us breakfast was included. What an amazing spread they have and there is something for everyone. They cater to

Fantastic Hotel close to the Marina Harbour. Friendly staff and great buffett! The hotel connects to a huge shopping mall which was quite convenient. My family and I stayed here back in February 2015 for about 3 nights. If we visit Singapore again, we will definitely come back to this hotel.

I don't think many hotels can rival the service and experience of a Pan Pacific. That are not cheap but you get what you pay for and nothing is lacking here. From check in to check out you won't be able to complain. The walk around with tablets to quickly and comfortably check you in. Your bags will quickly be brought to your room. They will make it there before you.. I always hate how you have to wait at other hotels.

Try to stay on one of the club floors because then you get afternoon tea and a light dinner. The food is always perfect and well prepared. The staff very attentive.

I stayed at the Pan Pacific for a few nights and really enjoyed my stay here. The staff was friendly at all times. They were helpful and willing to share information about the hotel and surrounding areas. The room was spacious and neatly organized. The remote control sunshades on the windows were excellent. The bar at the lobby floor was awesome. The bartender was extremely friendly and kept the drinks coming. From the bar you can see the bright lid bullet style elevators going up and down. Such a neat design.
The hotel connects to a shopping mall via sky-bridge from one of the hotel floors. This

I stayed here for 3 days with my hubby for our wedding anniversary trip and it was so convenient! The MRT is 5 minutes walk away (if that) and Marina Bay Sands, Marina Square, Suntec City and Raffles City Shopping Mall is only walking distance away. Staff were helpful and professional and I loved the Atrium with the cool pods. We were in a deluxe room which was nice and big. Our only two complaints, we couldn't get wifi connection in our room (I think it was due to the location of our room) and the bathroom door handle (there was no way to close it from the inside...yes that's right you

While my first stay at the Pan Pacific wasn't quite the experience I had expected, the second was fantastic. I understand now that they were at max capacity and there were a couple of genuine errors which were never repeated on my second stay. Glad that I had the opportunity to update the review. It was deserving.

Not uncommon to wait 5-10 mins for an elevator. Seriously, not a one off, it's all the time.

The club on level 38 is good, but the rest it the hotel is pretty standard. No complaints, but no real compliments either.

For panoramic rooms are nicely renovated but there is something off about the flow of the bathroom. The doors open in ways that don't make great sense.

The 'technology' in the room is pretty lame. For instance I couldn't even work out how to make a local call from the phone - because they use some special unintuitive system. Also they promote that you

Wife & I stayed here for 4 days 3 nights and loved it. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. I recommend getting the breakfast buffet deal which was also really good.

You can get anywhere via taxi, bus, or MTR (trains) and all modes of public transportation are cheap. Also this city is very safe and everyone speaks English. Theres also an attached mall if you dont feel light going far to sight-see.

Enjoyed a night here about 6 months ago. The rooms truly live up to its 5 star reputation, decked out in plush materials, everything is warm colours and comfortable. I love hotels like this because you always have the best sleep here. The bed linen are clean and exudes fresh aromas, the pillows are fluffy and cool and the temperature is perpetually just right!

For the youngsters, Mink is just downstairs, one of the best clubs in Singapore in my opinion. Does get too crowded though - so much so that the queue is crazy!

The swimming pool was great too, had a good length and depth, really had a
