Chebucto Art Therapy & Counseling

Advising professionals, health care, schools, businesses, and community groups about art therapy applications.

Growth and healing take place through verbal and non-verbal processes. Art Therapy allows us to creatively explore personal issues and feelings more deeply and safely than with words alone. It's been a while since we hosted an event, and so we decided it was time for an open house. I am newly excited about Arts-based research.

I just returned from Nelson, BC where I had the privilege of participating during the second week of the training intensive at the Kutenai Art Therapy Institute.
