As out-of-province visitors to Ontario we needed a notary public to witness the signing of numerous legal documents for a real estate transaction in British Columbia. Sam at Sullivan Law was very prompt and efficient. She was flexible about booking a time, the meeting started on time and she was very diligent about ensuring that all the documents were properly signed. She then emailed the documents back to our lawyer in BC and the deal closed without a hitch. I thought I was speaking with a lawyer ? Nope she is a paralegal, not qualified to do what I was asking for. Therefore could not supply me with what I wanted so I was given a letter that was of no use costing me $60 plus my time and fuel. When someone asks a lawyer a question is because they need that type of professional help. Had to go else where costing me more money and time as this firm could not help

Sullivan Law is absolutely amazing. All of their staff are highly knowledgeable and are always quick to respond with any questions we have. (I call a lot). We were finalizing our mortgage at Sullivan Law and with the concern of safety in Covid19 crisis, they were so accomodating! We were able to sign our documents outside in open air and Jenn stayed at a great distance away. They provided a phone consult ahead of time to go through everything so the signing process was quick!! I am super impressed with these precautions as well as how hard they have worked on our deal with great care as if it were their own! Thank you so much!
