Joleen Hiland grew up in Peterborough and was fortunate enough to return to her hometown upon completion of law school at the University of Ottawa in 2008. Joleen was called to the bar in 2009 and after articling with James Hauraney has been practicing here ever since. Joleen's focus is criminal law.
