I ran into an emergency recently helping my daughter with a purchase of property in BC . My previous real estate lawyer that I have used in the past and referred countless clients to did not have the time to notarize some documents for me . I called LLF in a panic as the house in BC was closing in one week and they were amazing and came to my rescue . Thank you Karen Sisson !!! Had to find a lawyer at the last minute after "being dumped" by my previous lawyer, I came across and was recommended LLF, specifically Ms.Williams and she was fantastic.
