My fiance and I worked (and continue to work) with Ross Thorstad for our house purchase and for advice about our rental property. Krista and her team have consistently provided professional brokerage services for me twice now over 10 years. The most recent mortgage involved a partnership agreement for a lakeside home which I specifically sought her guidance in bringing to completion. She was able to clarify the steps, decisions and issues. She provided a hassle free positive outcome with an excellent rate and the flexibility the situation called for.
