We've received fantastic service from Callum! We were very happy with his services when he arranged our first mortgage for us five years ago, so I contacted him recently for help with our renewal. Callum replied quickly and arranged a Zoom meeting, in which we discussed our needs. Because we only needed a simple renewal, Callum didn't encourage us to use his formal services but instead provided free advice and "coaching" on how to get the best rate from our current provider. When I was looking to by my first condo I was recommended Callum by a few people, he was excellent at guiding me through the whole process. He is very easy to communicate with and is prompt to respond to my many questions. Very professional and I would recommend him to anyone, especially those who are first time homeowners.
