Best experience so far! We recently went to 5 star dealers in London and dealt with Fatlum and Zac. They made the experience as stress free and easy as possible and had such a positive experience. Super friendly, thorough, and amazing with kids. They went above and beyond to make sure that we got the perfect vehicle for our growing family and even had the new vehicle delivered to our house! Had a great experience buying from Oxford Motors. Unfortunately, an ABS issue, that should have been resolved as part of the safety, came back shortly after I picked up the vehicle. I brought the vehicle back to this service center three times over the course of two months and the problem was still not resolved. Every time it was a pain to book the appointment, didn't have my car for several days, wasn't called to update me on the situation or when I could expect to have my car back. On top of that, they didn't tell me what work they did.

Horrible experience. Buying a vehicle should be a good experience. From the start the salesman didn't have a clue about the vehicle. Only reason I gave 2 stars is because of sales manager and financing manager took over and made it slightly better but now vehicle has issues and was supposedly fixed but wasn't and I get a sob story how he has been working to much. Funny I have to work alot to pay for vehicle that is not satisfactory.
