Steve Baratta was amazing, he was able to fix my car immediately, and he was very efficient. The staff was friendly, the waiting area was pristine.
The price was 50% less than two other places I went to for quotes on thanksgiving weekend October 2020. All Covid19 precautions were being followed. I was so impressed I referred drivetime on first street in London Ontario to 2 more friends. Thanks Steve

Drivetime is an exceptional firm, both in sales and service. The service department is amazing in their scheduling and quality of work. I have great admiration for Steve, the Service Manager who goes the extra mile on jobs. He is accomodating, very pleasant and runs an excellent repair service in all aspects. I only take my vehicle to Drivetime. Sales are interested in customer's needs and have wise advice as well as suiting a car to a buyer. I highly recommend this firm.

Drive time on First and Dundas here in London is by far one of the best places to go for a new vehicle!!!!! Dan is absolutely phenomenal. He is incredibly honest, straight to the point and hands down the most genuine individual I've ever dealt with! Their service crew is just as amazing! Steve is amazing! Shows you what's wrong, works with your budget, shows you your old parts and your new parts. Very thorough! I personally do not think I would ever go anywhere else. Nothing was hidden, nothing was unknown or unexpected! Best car buying experience.
