I had brought them some cheap tires from another dealer and had them mounted. We struggled for hours to get them to mount because they were narrow from being stored on their side. Shawn stayed late and promised to get them mounted. After it was all said and done there was no extra charge other than the standard mounting rates.

They text you a link with your vehicle's assessment and anticipated cost, which I really liked because then I could read and think it over before giving them the go-ahead. They are FAST too! I had a laundry list of items that needed attention, much of it suspension related, and they did everything, right from initial inspection to completion, in less than 2 days! DEF deleted!! A wonderful experience and great customer service. While I was there I witnessed 2 customers complaining about their bills. Let me tell you that this garage is not only fair in their pricing but… Shawn goes above and beyond to source out issues on his own time not even fully charging what he could. Giving folks a break and they don’t even realize what a great business this man runs. One would be lucky to have their vehicle looked after by this company because they care. Highly recommend. Stopped in with a DPF issue on my way through town. Staff was friendly and helped diagnose the issue. Scanned the truck and gave some possible issues even though I didn't have an appointment. Unfortunately they didn't have time to get me in that day so I had to go elsewhere as I was enroute to a job and couldn't wait. Definitely would recommend these guys for their old school customer service if nothing else. They also wouldn't take my money when I offered to pay them.

Really disappointed in this garage. First impression was terrible. I had bought tires on line and they were shipped to this garage for installation. I called the garage before tires were shipped and spoke to a man. He told me I needed to make an appointment by 330 at the latest to get the wheels swapped. Once tires arrived, I was called by a lady to make an appointment. This time she told me that I had to be there by 2 pm at the latest. I told her what the other man told me about 330 but she said no. So I decided to drop my car off the night before and I would also ask them to do a brake check

Even though I didn't have any actual work done, I would absolutely recommend "those guys"!
I was visiting the area and had some issues pop up with my car. I called Shawn and even though he was booked solidly, he told me to come in and get a diagnostic done to see what the issue was and see if I could safely get it home. He also said he could… squeeze me in he next day if it was something critical.
Turns out that even though I need work done, I could safely get home with my two boys.
Shawn was incredibly helpful and honest! honest mechanics can be hard to come by but Shawn is certainly one

I was a repeat customer of this shop. They did fantastic work on my previous vehicles doing brakes and oil changes. Shawn was always professional and had the cars back in short order. I decided to give them a task a bit more difficult, and have them build an exhaust system and do an alignment on a engine swapped project car. They noted that some clutch work was needed and that it would require the engine being removed and I approved the added work. Upon receiving the vehicle back, I noticed the emergency brake was inoperable as it was not properly adjusted, nor did the car have any coolant put

I had heard great things from a friend about this place so when my beloved Ford Escape decided to die RIGHT at the beginning a week of -30 weather I decided to take my vehicle here.
