Chris, Bonnie and the whole team at Robin's are the most amazing group of people. Bonnie is the best office admin - she remembers small details about our family that personalizes the experience, each and every time!
I trust them wholeheartedly, knowing that they will work hard to find whatever isn't working with your car. The work they do is top-notch and they will never recommend something that doesn't need fixing. Their rates are very reasonable and only ever for work that you need. Don't pay a dealer for work you don't need!!

Apparently they can't/won't do alignments on sports cars so don't bother asking (they told me to go to Kal-Tire....what in the ?!?!). Also, was told on the phone after asking if they could hookup a timing light and set the timing..... that Chris couldn't do it because my car had computer controlled timing and they can't help (which it does not..its over 30 years old. Called because they came highly recommended been around the Park almost as long as me and I happen to work nearby. The lady on the phone was not even close polite nor knowledgeable regarding the abilities and

I went to Robin's after a questionable diagnosis at the local Chevrolet dealer. my gut was telling me that the $3700 in repairs they were saying were absolutely needed (I had asked for a full inspection during a visit several weeks ago that did not indicate a problem). I asked around for a reputable shop and their name kept coming up. Turns out… that the problem was not in any way related to what the dealer had said. My bill to repair the problem was just over $1K. Robin's shop is honest and no nonsense. I felt they did what was needed. They did not try to take advantage of me like the dealer

Great place to get work done. They're fair, honest and do the work for the quote. Exaple - I took my RAV4 to the dealership for warranty work, and they wanted to do a bunch of additional work on the ball bearings. I took my car to Robins and got the work done for 2/3 the cost.
I wouldn't take my RAV4 anywhere else.

Had a vehicle inspection here they did a great job with no strings attached. Told me there was a light out in my turn signal and they fixed it for 2$ and also added the time line on when i needed the ball joints done on it. Bonnie was an absolutely lovely lady to talk to on the phone i have never felt so comfortable and anxiety free when talking about my vehicle. Will be returning here for more work to be done for sure. Also my quote for a vehicle inspection was 120$ which was 80$ cheaper than what canadian tire quoted me. Also wasn't put on hold at all during a busy call time so they got

I took a car in for inspection and I was very impressed with how friendly the staff (Bonnie) was. After they inspected it, they took the time to show me what was mechanically required (I asked what a hub was, and Bonnie ran to the back to grab the part to show me!) and they also pointed out flaws on the body. If you want good and friendly service, they won't disappoint :)
