I just had a great experience with this place.. I stopped by the shop and the boys were having a KFC lunch.. i told them i was looking for them to stretch a pipe for me and the owner came and did all the work himself.. we had a good chat and when I was leaving he insisted I take a piece of chicken with me.. and it was amazing.. great place great group of guys.. will definitely be coming back here

I’ve been going to Park Muffler since 2014 for any work I need done to my vehicles. Never once did Ed call short of perfection from every aspect. Called to make an appointment last week and was told that Alim is slowly taking the reigns and handling the day to day operations so to speak. I was in shock when I realized that despite someone else making the calls; the level of professionalism didn’t change at all.
As always, perfection in every aspect of the industry and glad to see that Park Muffler is still just as good as it was when I first walked into the place in 2014.

My block heater cord snapped during our recent minus 30 cold snap. I phoned Park Muffler and Eugene (who answered the phone) said bring it in right away and we can help you out. Very professional, courteous service . As I was waiting for the repair a gentleman came out of the back and struck up a conversation with me. He was Ed Mawji, the owner! He was a delight to chat with, very friendly, knowledgeable. He took me on a tour of his shop which was clean, bright and very busy. What struck me was how all the staff were friendly and appeared to be enjoying there jobs.

I have been to park muffler for all three of my vehicles over a few years Just today I brought my brand new 2021 F-150 in to custom a dual exhaust w/ flow master FX muffler and black satin tips.
I called the owner first thing this morning and there was no hesitation to get me in for a quote and to be able to chat about the vision I was thinking…. Collaboration was solve and made with there staff and a fair price was reached
Further more as I enjoy watching the progress they came and grabbed me a few times to take a look. And make sure it was what I myself wanted as the project unveiled….

I have been a customer of this business for 9 years now. Once in a while I go to a dealership to get a quote and usually, after picking my jaw up off of the floor return to Park Muffler - angry at myself for even entertaining the idea of going elsewhere. Always good work, stand behind their work and always much more affordable than a dealership. The biggest reason I go there is for the honesty. My wife went to a dealership and was quoted thousands of dollars of repairs for a fix which ended up costing zero dollars at Park. They have earned my trust and future business.
