A friend and I stayed in the deluxe jacuzzi suite. It was perfect for an after snowshoeing morning. Jacuzzi, fireplace, couches, full kitchen. Door straight to outside from our room also made it easy bringing our luggage in. It was clean, quiet. The hotel is a little older but so quaint and cozy, fireplace in the lobby, coffee always on.

Highly recommend!! Clean and walking distance from a lot of restaurants and other attractions. Front desk is amazing, especially the man at the reception(super friendly).
If you're visiting canmore, you should definetely consider staying here. Unfortunately, due to covid there's no room service ATM but you can ask front desk for anything you need.

We stayed one night in their basic room package with mountain view. Service was excellent and polite, fast in and out experience. Main room was beautiful and well decorated, hotel front was clean and attractive. Hotel had a connected Tesla Supercharger which was the main pull for us staying here. We purchased the basic room and the quality of fixtures was less then optimal, but not in any way a deal breaker. The room was clean, but not well maintained. Door knobs not tightened and attached properly, sink chipped, main guest room door stiff, etc. Room could use a small table to place the fridge

Was super disappointed with our room ! We were supposed to have two queens but ended up with two doubles. The bathroom was not clean at all and we had to call down to the front desk and ask for a new shower curtain because there was boogers on our shower curtain. Was clearly not washed … the complimentary breakfast was awful… this place was over priced for the quality of stay this hotel offers.

Came the weekend of July 23. Check in was quick but staff greeting were not very kind. Asked if there was a bike rack to store bikes, considering the area and surrounding is commonly known for biking and was promptly told no, we don't have one. Rooms are very outdated, bedding was dirty, fridge still had food stored in it and the balcony needed cleaning as well. Decent stay but not for the price.

I would definitely never recommend staying at this hotel! I should’ve known better when they handed me two old fashioned door keys upon check-in. Got into the room to find the exterior door to the patio was unlocked. The room was run down and the carpet was disgusting. The bathroom counter had multiple chips in the arborite, and the linoleum floor was cut up and dirty. The area around the toilet was black which screens mold! I will say the bed was clean and comfortable but that is the only redeeming quality of this room. The doors were chipped and dirty and the light switches look like they hadn’t
