We arrived with car troubles and had to have our vehicle towed to the resort. The staff were extremely accommodating with our situation and the manager went out of her way to help us. The cabins are nice private suites with a traditional log cabin feel. You cannot beat the value you get here especially when coupled with a SkiBig3 package. I'll be returning.

My wife had a knee surgery and the staff were awesome. How awesome? Accommodated us with easy access from parking. Which is huge when someone can't walk. They gave us a later check out then usual to Accommodate the surgery time. The place was cozy, nice, clean and super friendly staff. Next time I'm in Banff I'll be coming back because of our experience.

I hate to say bad about places but this has to be the worst place I’ve ever stayed in as far as mountain cabins go. The buildings are very old and they do not keep them very clean. I was fine with both of those things at first because it is fun to just have a rustic experience sometimes but if you’re looking for peace and quiet do not stay here. These old buildings are small 2 story buildings so someone is on the ground level (us) and someone is on top. We had a family upstairs above us with children and a dog. All you can hear is constant footsteps and banging all day long. No reprieve at

Bought a Groupon, the dates got messed up but I promptly called and they canceled on their end and were very helpful. I re-booked for the correct dates. I did call later and request a suite with a nice view and quiet, but it seemed this didn't get transferred. The resort was very busy with functions so we just stayed in the cabin we got assigned. We took the older style cabin, and though dated it was relatively clean and maintained. The fireplace was lovely, though you have to purchase bundles of wood from reception. The bedroom is quite small, even with only a double bed there wasn't much room

The stay here was great. They are pet friendly and the staff was accommodating. Their fitness factor is the best I have ever seen in a hotel or resort bar none. They are not directly in downtown Banff but the 3km drive is short and the views are beautiful! They also were very conscious of the pandemic and had appropriate safeguards in place. My wife, dog and I will be back without a doubt.

Newly renovated rooms! So clean and so spacious! Highly recommend! The two hot tubs were nice to, one outside one inside. The main pool was pretty cold tho. Would of gave it 5 stars but pool to cold and asked for a floor suite so I didt have to carry my sleeping two year old up so many stairs but no such luck. Front desk could of been a lot nicer.

Check in was lovely- we brought our 2 small dogs and they put us in a gorgeous, pet-friendly room and had a toy & treats for them ♥️ Everything in the room was lovely and clean- the bathroom appears to be newly remodeled and the finishings are perfectly rustic and fit the decor. I will absolutely come back to enjoy their hospitality again.
