AVOID this hotel. The front desk staff tells non truthful information. Then when called out by customer they say no manager available, take your name and promise a call back. They never call back after 3 more… calls and week of time final get a lady that identified herself as the front desk manager, she yelled at us, refused to listen and was downright arrogant. She refused to escalate to a general manager, blamed the customer and proves the attitude of this hotel management towards customers. AVOID THIS HOTEL many other options in Banff with better management staff
