When i went looking for a new mortgage broker, i ended up meeting with alot of mortgage clerks.
There is a difference between a clerk and a broker.
- Simply, a true broker is a human that works well with other people and works for the client. A clerk is working for their commisions and likely bonuses from a bank.

We were trying to renew a mortgage for our daughter's townhouse and there were some financial difficulties that made this a bit more difficult. Jennifer worked tirelessly to try to secure a mortgage for the townhouse at the best possible rate and although she could not overcome some of the hurdles for my daughter's renewal, I would highly recommend Jennifer to assist you to help secure a mortgage or to renew a mortgage.
