Honestly, I will never be back to this hotel. Do not get me wrong, the rooms are spacious and staff very friendly but people in there are sketchy, the halls smell like smoke and the room (all the corners) were dirty, as if nobody vacuum them for ages. I guess I don't need to say how was below the bed and sofa, do I? That makes me think of which cleaning and covid standards are they using. I honestly didn't like that hotel.

My hubby and I stay here every time we come out this way. Love it! It's not a fancy luxury hotel, but it is wholesome, and quiet.
Since Covid, obviously they don't have the breakfast going on, but we have had it before and it was really good as well! Definitely won't stay anywhere else when we come to Stratford

Room wasn't cleaned the three days we were there. I ran out of towels and brought all our wet towels to the front deck to get more. At that time he brought us more towels to the room i had to change the garbage myself. The pool was nice but would have been nice to have a little more notice for the closure during the wedding. Other than that it was a nice hotel.

The reviews of this hotel were definitely misleading but it could be the time of year we checked in. The hotel itself is sprawling and it appears they offer different kinds of rooms for different kinds of arrangements. They also have a wing that is pet-friendly. Good for summertime travelers and theatre goers. One of the hotel room keys did not work so that was annoying. A sign of things to come I guess. The room we got was dusty and had some cobb webs about. You could tell that this room hasn't been occupied for sometime as I suspect this place doesn't see much winter business. My GF freaked out

Great breakfast, unexpected selections hot diverse buffet included with the room. Selected this particular place as advertised indoor pool, hot tub & sauna..sauna was out of order but having the pool & hot tub was great. The place is very dated in all aspects but clean, spacious & comfortable..This place must have been quite the fancier place when new but I still liked & appeciate their offerings

It was an alright stay. The rooms were pretty nice, we were a bit worried when it smelled like smoke throughout the halls as we were walking to our rooms but inside our rooms there was no smoke smell. The shower was pretty tiny, one side of me was pressed against a wet shower curtain. There were two sinks in the room which was nice.

I've never stayed here overnight but I have used their conference rooms on a number of occasions. They have good staff who are friendly and the food is good as well. The rooms were very accommodating and the management were easy to work with. Prices were on point and with your conference room rental you were given access to the pool so bring your swimming suits if doing a family reunion or work party. If you're party is larger than 200 people, then you might want to look down the street to the Arden Park as the largest room would be pretty tight.

We recently stayed at this wonderful hotel on 10/6- Incredible customer service, very comfortable beds and rooms, quiet!. Also, I am partially disabled and it would be difficult for me to take advantage of the delicious free breakfast- well, the kitchen prepared an incredible omelette for me, with toast, potatoes and juice! WOW! My husband was able to bring it to the room- never had service like this before. Friendly front desk, FREE, delicious lobby coffee, with several options. Made our mini-vacation so pleasant- thank you Festival Inn!

Check in was quick and simple. We were in the back motel part. Room was very basic. Bathroom very small. Beds comfortable enough for a night. We were there with a wedding. It's smart to put us out there since we were louder and didn't disturb other guests. Breakfast was ok. A waffle maker or pancake maker would have made it better. The coffee wasn't that great. Waitresses seemed stressed trying to clear the tables and get guests seating. If they slowed down a bit and smiled the atmosphere would be more pleasant and probably go faster. Check out was quick and painless.

My family and I stayed here for a few days. It fit our need for a place to lay our heads. I would give The Festival Inn an average rating for the following reasons.
Location:
I love the location on the edge of town. Stratford is not big so it's not far from anywhere and it's very close to many places to eat and shop for essentials. Since it's located a little distance from the city centre the traffic is minimal.
Staff:
Very friend and helpful. I had no problems with the staff and they always kept a smile on their face
Grounds:
Parking is plentiful. There is a courtyard in the middle with
