Was very happy with the end results of an engagement ring I recently had done. Was able to turn abunch of random gold into something beautiful and my fiance loves it. Nice and friendly people, fair pricing.

I had a ring resized here recently. The woman at the counter was friendly and overall, the experience was good. Generally, I try to support small business so I thought I'd give these guys a try.
They were able to resize my ring so it fit and the job only took around half a day because they do it in-house.
I have to say however, that when I got my ring home I inspected it more closely than I did at the store. The ring is a little lopsided and it's obvious where the resizing was done on the ring. It's comfortable and I don't think that anybody else would notice but it's not perfect work.

This place is one of the only places in town that can turn around a ring re-size with a few hours. Good clean work, good prices! Definitely will go back to them for any jewelry repairs in the future!

Had a gold ring repaired- new stone put in and claws repaired and they polished it up nicely. Also had the broken face replaced on a watch. Both repairs done well, quickly and for reasonable price. Very happy.

Unfortunately got a ring custom made here. Just a plain rose gold band. Picked up the ring and it had a light cloud-like blemish on the outside as well as the inside of the ring, as well as what I can only describe as pock marks on the inside of the ring. I brought the ring back and asked them to remove the blemish. When I got the ring back, I was assured it was now flawless. I looked at it and yes the cloud-like blemish had been polished out (so much so that the ring now had a distinctly "not quite full moon" lopsided look to it), but now a light coloured line was in its place. I brought it back

We had a wedding/engagement ring separated and re-sized, as well as a gold ring melted down and remade. The service was courteous, prompt and professional. We were very happy with the final outcome and the pricing.

While other jewellers charged so much, and sent their jewellery to a third party, these people did everything in house. I had 3 broken necklaces and a watch that needed a new battery. I dropped it off, and picked it up in an hour for a great price. They were both friendly and helpful and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needed anything done.

The owners of the store are a super friendly couple. They helped me design my engagement ring. The price was really reasonable. If anyone wants to customize any jewelry with an affordable price, this store would be your first choice.

I went in to have a gemstone mounted into a pendant for my girlfriend. Unlike some other jewelry stores I have been to I really felt welcome here. I spoke to them about what I wanted done and they game me their input and ideas with out trying to up sell. When it came to the price they were honest and straight foreword. To top this off the work was done very quickly. I had quotes from other stores saying it would take anywhere from 6-8 weeks to have a simple pendant setting done. It was done here in 4 days (I went in on Friday and picked it up the following Tuesday).

I had the pleasure of meeting owners, Wayne & Anne when I needed a new earing post attached to a favourite pair of earing's, on December 24th. I had phoned around to a number of jewelry stores asking if they would be able to fix it for me, and was so happy when speaking with Wayne, that this was possible!
Not only did he expertly fix the earing that day, but had polished both earing's so beautifully when I returned to pick them up.
His kindness & expert service was so appreciated & I highly recommend their shop!
