Teaching is a vision and hearing-intensive occupation. A teacher is expected to see and hear what is going on in the classroom both near and far, decipher student's handwriting and images, and connect with their students. Crystal Vision & Better Hearing's eyewear and hearing program ensures teachers can carry out their work at peak performance.
Recycling is a responsibility we all share. I purchased my glasses a couple years ago from crystal vision in Chilliwack. I decided to look around this year because I have been affected from flooding and covid which has made money tight this year. After looking around at multiple stores for both price and service I ended back at crystal vision. The compassion and willingness to help has blown me away. They have a good pricing and a huge selection (I would say the largest that I have seen in Chilliwack). I have picked out a pair of glasses and I couldn't be happier. Thank you to the amazing staff again for helping me in a time of need.

After I placed my order I decided to add high index to the second pair, I phoned in and they said yes they could do it so I agreed, what they didn’t tell me was that when you get high index you have to have the basic lens guard. So I went in today thinking I would be paying the 150. 00 extra for the high index but was told no your bill is 240.00. If I had been told ahead of time the extra cost I wouldn’t have done it to begin with.
The glasses are fine but the service wasn’t up to par.

I bought some very exspensive progressive Glasses here and they did not work for me. They did everything they could to attempt to make them work and things did not. However they were amazing with service, refunded my money no questions or a attempt to up sell. I was impressed and will return to get the glasses that will work for me

Just purchased two pairs of glasses from here and the service was excellent! Great frames at awesome prices! I am very hard to fit and I don't suit many frames due to my child size face, however they had a great selection of brand name glasses as well as ones priced for those on a budget in varying sizes and fits. The lady helping me with the glasses was very sweet, and the general atmosphere was low-pressure. I bought my last pair of glasses here and have loved them every day since! Only replacing them now as I finally cracked the arm and have a new prescription. Would highly recommend!

This place has gone down hill!! I used to always have such a great experience here but over the past two years every visit I make I leave angry. I ordered glasses through them and they had to re order them 3 times because they got my prescription wrong, then the colour of the frame was wrong, then one pair even had a striped screw in the arm already. I also just ordered contacts from them and I was told it would be ready after a week and it’s now been 4 days longer and they don’t have them. They also never call you when your items are in even though they say they will. I know plenty of other

My Husband and I just stopped in for a repair and had the best service!! My son broke his glasses well camping (he has a hefty prescription) the girls fixed in no time and now we can enjoy our family vacation. If I lived in chilliwack we would come here for our eye glass needs!! Thanks again Crystal Vision :)

I have been a customer to Crystal Vision for years, they offer such a Fabulous service, from educated staff to safety protocols, to their friendly smiles! Cannot say enough good things about them! In past years they have fixed my glasses endless amounts of time and truly just put in that extra effort to make you feel welcomed!

Our family has been getting our eyewear at Chilliwack Crystal Vision many years and today solidified why we always return. Very accommodating, patient and friendly staff. They really believe in their products and if any issues, they offered to cover the difference in cost. They were really helpful and even when things were out of their hands, made it easy for us as the customers to come back. I would definitely recommend them and go back again.

We just purchased prescription sunglasses and safety glasses for my husband from Amber at the White Rock location. She is absolutely amazing! Excellent customer service and super knowledgeable. My husband has a very heavy prescription and it’s quite challenging to get his glasses just right. Amber went above and beyond to make sure both pairs of… glasses were perfect 👌 She suggested a digitally surfaced lense because of his heavy prescription which he went with. No one had ever suggested this before and he’s so glad he took her advice. He’s loves with both pairs
