Saw Dr. Mach after seeing a higher rated clinic here. She was amazing! In one visit, she fixed the vision issues I was having with my last recent prescription I got elsewhere where I was told "this was as good as it was going to get and I'd just have to accept it was aging." I was impressed that she was very vested in getting my vision to something I could function with day and night. She's very thorough and pleasant. Her staff also helped me figure out a shape of eyeglasses that was more flattering, without the hard sell attached to it. All in all, my whole family will be going

Dr. Helen Mach is the best! I would recommend her to all my friends. She is very knowledgeable and take her time to give you a thorough exam. She will also give you excellent recommendations based on your eye situation. I got glasses from them after my eye exam. I am known to be very picky but they are extremely patience and have good selection of high quality frames. Price are very reasonable too. I am so happy with their service.

Dr. Gwendolyn Wong is an excellent optometrist. She's been with my kids for over 2 years now and examination has always been a breeze. Her bedside manner is excellent with the kids. She makes them feel empowered and at ease. My kiddos (as she calls them) truly enjoy their time with Dr. Wong, and in many ways look up to her as a female role model. The admin staff is easy going and very accommodating - they will communicate with you in your preferred method--- phone, email, text--- just ask. I also appreciate that their products are not over priced. e.g. eyedrops. I hate the feeling of buying a product

Very professional. Dr Lee took very good care of me after my cataract surgery. Initially, I just wanted to get new glasses after my surgery but Dr Lee determined that all I needed was reading glasses. No pressure to buy from them. Very pleased and satisfied. James at the front desk was very helpful and courteous. I have another follow up appointment with them. Highly recommended.

My glasses were askew and found Vida on Google. Service was wonderful; staff here are very friendly and extremely helpful. For a small fee of $5, they re-adjusted my glasses. Good customer service goes a long way and is hard to find - I would definitely return here when I need an eye exam or new frames.

I'm incredibly particular when it comes to my eye care, especially since I need to see really well for my job. I went to Vida Eyecare after seeing the great reviews on Yelp and I was very impressed with the quality and thoroughness that the staff and optometrist took for my care. The optometrist really knew her stuff and was aware of all the latest products. She was also incredibly patient with me wanting to go back and forth to ensure my prescription was perfect. They also made accommodations for me to have my eyes dilated at a later date since I had to work right after the appointment

I phoned around to several places looking for quotes and availability for an eye exam. Vida wasn't the cheapest but I was so impressed by their phone manners in comparison to the other places I'd called that I booked an appointment for the following week.
The appointment/test went great and all the staff were pleasant, and helpful. The optometrist took the time to answer all my questions and I left there with the best impression of them. Would definitely return and recommend to others.

Got exactly what I wanted, how I wanted it. It was quick, easy, and friendly.
- Location: The physical place was nice, clean, and tidy. They also had an interesting chart detailing how eyes work.
- Service: Friendly and well explained. They tell you pretty much everything you need to know. The doctor also feels happy which is nice.
- Eye Exam Quality: I've only had one so I don't have any references but there was a wide variety of stuff I did and it was done professionally.
If you want to get an eye exam, I would recommend this place.

The doctors here are absolutely amazing. Everytime I’ve been there I left with a smile. They’re very nice and have incredible attention to detail. They’re very thorough and knowledgeable. I would have given five stars if not for the fact that I found their lenses to be very low quality. I paid extra for the anti-scratch, anti-glare however, I got a scratch on one of the lenses within 1 week of getting my glasses. I had them replace it and got a second scratch (this time on the other lens) about 2 months after that. Unfortunately, I have moved to Saskatchewan so not much to do at this point

I had my last two eye exams with Dr. Lee at Vida Eye Care. Dr Lee was so much more thorough and gentle then any other eye doctor I had seen in the past. Not only did she examine my eyes but she educated me on eye care along the way. I was very satisfied with the service I received and I’ll definitely come back to Vida for my next eye appointment.

Wanted an eye test for glasses prescription but thought maybe a full eye exam might be better.
So I came here as a walk in, hoping I could get a full eye check along with my prescription. Luck was on my side and they could see me as a walk in. Approximately 100 bucks for a full eye check including prescription. Dr. Gwen Wong did a great and thorough job. I was glad that I had went there for a proper exam, it was fully worth it. A full eye exam should probably be covered by MSP every several years, not sure why it isn't.

I've been going to Vida Eyecare for for awhile now and they've always had great service. This particular occasion was unusual in that I had taken a softball to the eye the evening before. They repaired my glasses for a nominal fee and even gave me an eye exam to ensure that there was no permanent or worrisome damage done. Extremely helpful, courteous and friendly staff and Dr. Karen Lee maintains the same high standards in the practice as Dr. Gloria Lee (no relation). I'm very glad to have found such great eye doctors in my area!

So,.. before walking into this store I had ordered glasses online, one of which had horrible craftsmanship, the other had an inaccurate description of the measurements of the glasses (both of which I had returned) I had also previously walked into a few other stores around the city and in the surrounding area.. I just walked in off the street (really, where else would you walk in from?) and the lady at the counter acknowledged me right away. She offered to unlock any of the stands if I was interested in trying on a pair of frames. A few frames caught my eye (see what I did there?) But only one

I have been going to dr Gloria for about a year now. Whenever I go in for a check up or to order my contact lenses, her team works with so much professionalism and kindness. They have gone above and beyond to educate me about the health of my eyes and what my various options are with frames and contacts. They are extremely knowledgable and professional.
I have also started using latisse to grow longer and more luscious lashes. I love the team at vida eye care and will go no where else.

I recently visited Dr Lee to get an updated prescription as well as try some new contact lenses. She went above and beyond to show me what options I had for all my Eye Care needs. I have now been using a product called LATISE for a few months, to help my lashes be fuller and longer. The results I have gotten have Blown me away. I feel confident and can see the world bright and clear.

Had to come back to get my glasses' lenses changed, at least once, after several weeks of problems seeing.
Could not play any sports with their pair. Another optical place said it could be "prism" or whether the lens edges were polished or not.
I paid premium dollars.
BTW, I learned that those "high index" lenses result in a narrower in-focus (usable) view. The higher the index, the worse it is. The Vida eyecare didn't tell me that. High-index cost

I have been experiencing a rapid decline in my eyes over the past year. As a result I have been to see my eye doctor several times, and purchased several paid or glasses. When I went to see Gloria at Vida I took four pairs of glasses with me, none of which seem to be helping me see as well as I'd like. Gloria was very reassuring she could take care of me. it turns out my prescription from my original eye doctor was wrong! I am so relieved something can be done. Lindsay helped me find frames I love, and my new glasses are ordered. I am so relieved. I strongly recommend VIDA Eyecare. The service

Dr. Lee was great! I've never had an optometrist spend so much time answering all my questions about my eye health. She also took a photo of my retina and then explained to me what the photo was showing. So interesting!
The front desk staff was also friendly and helpful, and I got a free sample of tea that is good for the eyes with my glasses. :)
I am definitely going to go back here in the future and will recommend Vida to all my friends.
