Do you want to lose some weight (and keep it off!), compete in a sporting event, or get that beach body you've always desired? Here are some of the different ways I can help achieve your fitness goals. Many people believe weight training is only for the seasoned athelete. Nothing could be further from the truth.
In 480 BC, Hippocrates noted that "positive health requires knowledge of man's primary constitution". This was just an ancient way of saying that we cannot achieve optimum health without knowing about our genes. We now know that specific variations in our genes can explain how we will respond to the foods, beverages and supplements we consume.
Kudos to the trauma doctors who repair injuries and save the lives of their patients. And kudos to the therapists, physiatrists and pain doctors who patiently continue working with such patients to eliminate/reduce their remaining pain and dysfunctions. The importance of exercise, and professional help in incorporating exercise regimes into patient recovery programs, is not to be underestimated.

I been training with Eric for over 4months n have been incredible result so far. He is very knowledgeable positive focused n very motivated . Workout with him is pretty challenging but it's fun n more importantly gives me the structure n discipline which really help me out I m seeing amazing result in muscle tone n strength.. Erik is very passionate and knowledgeable about physical fitness and training. He also has a vast knowledge about nutrition and how to get you results through a realistic and easy beneficial nutrition plan. I respect the fact that he takes the time to answer any and all questions you have during your training session. You will never leave a session without learning something about a healthy lifestyle and how to maintain that for life. Erik has a very professional approach to deliver results. During my personal training sessions with him, I found him to be very thorough, focused and approachable. His calm and collected manner really helped mewhen I needed to vent about my struggles. He is supportive when needed and is very knowledgeable about nutrition and supplements. With Erik's help I lost around 25 pounds over the summer (~250lbs to ~225lbs). With knowledge of nutrition and exercise, Erik was able to help me prepare a diet and exercise plan that made sense and worked for me. I now enjoy going to the gym, feel better about myself and even gained an interest in powerlifting. I have been with other trainers before, but Erik is the only one who helped me attain my goal. Iβve been training with Erik since I was 14. I started off just looking to improve my daily fitness routine but after awhile I got into powerlifting after watching him do it in his own time. If you didnβt know Erik is a competitive powerlifter who has even broke an Ontario record in the bench category. He has taught me so much and Iβve gone from knowing nothing about the sport to recently breaking the Ontario record for squat in my division. I canβt thank him enough for all he has done for me.
