Not going into too many details.... But... Gave my dog the wrong heart worm medications, did Not give him rabies vaccination, did not put through some very expensive bills to my pet insurance, which they give you 3 months to do, so I ended up having to pay the bills, told me or was my fault, I specifically told them I would do it myself and they assured me it would be looked after, as that is part of the service they provide. Called many times, no answer, no one would get back to me, I was persistent because I wanted answers, they would not come to the door, so I left an envelope for the Dr, with

I'm new to the area and upon finding a tick on my dog I proceeded to find a local vet. A quick google search and this place was first on the list. I called and inquired about setting up a flea and tick program for my dog. I was greeted by the most unpleasant person. I was very rudely told that they only deal with their clients. I again remind this very unprofessional person I'm new to the area and proceeded to have to ask about becoming a client. I was told I would need to go to my previous vet and provide them with my pets records( never did tell her how old the pet was could have been new to

Went in with our 2 large dogs for their annual check up. Were allowed in room during check ups. We all had masks, Dr. Nancy and other tech had visors. Regular great treatment. These dogs will never see a vet other than Nancy. Sorry Dr. Nancy, you can't retire for 15 years if we have anything to do with it!
