As a therapist, I see myself as someone who genuinely cares about and has compassion for my clients. Journeying with people as they gain insight into their lives for growth and healing to occur is both a privilege and an honour. I have been told that I create a safe and affirming place where people can let go of blame and judgement and come from a place of acceptance.
You want to love and accept yourself - Many people have difficulty with this. Therapy can help you explore roadblocks to self-esteem and feeling good about yourself and teach you practical ways to make your happiness and wellbeing a priority. You want to understand your purpose in life - Some people come to therapy to gain a deeper understanding of self.
Emotional Freedom Techniques, (EFT) is a gentle healing approach that helps a person shift self-defeating patterns of thought and behaviour from past events or memories. EFT enables a person to get to the root of problems quickly and help to heal past experiences. Once the negative emotions related to past experiences cease to resonate within, positive changes and choices can be achieved.

From facilitating small group discussions, to break out sessions, and keynote addresses, Diane will grasp your attention and provide you with insight and knowledge that will leave you wanting to learn more. Her recent sessions have included such topics as "The Importance of Self-Care", "Getting Through the Holidays" and "Adapting to Change".
