Your membership will also entitle you to many Nutritional Supplement company demos by vendors such as Costco Markham East and Supplement King Markham! There will be a $20 (incl taxes) replacement cost for lost or damaged key fobs. Annual, Semi-Annual & Family memberships are subject to an Early Cancellation Fee of $95 (incl taxes).
Iron Fitness Strength Club is not your average "club" gym or 24hr gym. Our facility is focused on functional and strength training, having over 7,000 lbs in plate weights, 600lbs in bumper plates, 4 power racks and 2-3 sets of major olympic benches. Our dumbbells go from 5lbs to 140lbs (3 sets, so no waiting around) and kettlebells from 5lbs to 65lbs, both rare for a "club" gym and not heard of in other 24hr gyms.

Iron Fitness is the best gym in Markham, hands down! The staff is very approachable, knowledgeable and helpful, and the owner, Jay, is very accommodating. The equipment is well taken care of and they offer constant updates to the facility. I definitely recommend them to anyone seeking help with personal training and overall fitness/strength.

In the area for a bit and the SM equinox was too small with only 2 squat racks. Signing up here was smooth and easy. Plenty of dedicated parking behind the gym. The gym is setup/designed very nicely with the cardio machines on the 2nd floor and lots of open space for on the 1st for people who want to do lunges and the sort. The ceiling is very high which is always good for a gym so it doesnt get too hot and loud. Lots of dumbbells, a few isolation machines, a small turfed area where I've noticed people stretch or do HIIT type of workouts, and a small outdoor area. Towels are provided and while

Iron Fitness is the best boutique gym I've ever been to. Since being in LA, I've been a member of Equinox, Trifit, 24 hr Fitness and the Los Angeles Athletic Club. Besides the convenience in west LA / Santa Monica, I settled on Iron because of the great environment and staff.
It's really clean and comfortable, with all the equipment you need, whether you're a serious lifter or an endurance athlete. While I don't use any of the personal trainers myself, I see them with other loyal clientele all the time...a good sign that people love them.

I love this gym! I signed up as a member for the boxing program and have had a great experience. The boxing trainers are not only experienced boxing experts that will help you improve your technique, but they will also put you through high intensity, great workouts. Plus everyone is super friendly and the facility is very clean!

In Seattle & Austin, the 24 HR Fitness “Super” sport locations were phenomenal — here, not so much. I was happy to arrive at a well-maintained gym with an excellent staff, interesting class options (Koga) and at what I felt is a fair price. IRON keeps the fire burning. Oh yea, and there’s parking too

Iron Fitness would have been one of the best things that could have ever happened to me, had it not be for the abnoxiously loud music, penetrating every cell of your body, invading the privacy of your mind and emotional life! This is true especially if you are there to focus on your workout without the need for super hyper stimulation from music! Otherwise, it is an absolutely fantastic gym. Staff is friendly, polite, helpful, and accommodating. The size of the gym is neither too big nor too small. It is equipped with all that is expected of a good gym. The set up is wonderful and they have made

I love this place. Good parking. The gym floor has a lot of open space for training, and unlike with bigger commercial gyms, you don't have to wait on equipment like squat racks. There is a lot of specialty training items like a prowler sled, battle ropes, and different varieties of bars. They have a hip thruster bench for glute training which is great as well. If you're tired of the "gym scene", then this is the place to go!

I recently did a 7 day trial. The facility was not as populated as the major gym chains, which was very appealing, and equipment was adequate. However, the staff and management are very disorganized and unconcerned with the new customer. I decided not to join the gym after my experience with the staff.

FROM A GYM NEWBIE: As someone who has always hated gyms and who has only recently started training at one, I can say that IRON Fitness Gym is a wonderful place to get your sweat on. Even though there are a lot of ridiculously fit regulars, it's not an intimidating place because everyone is friendly and supportive. It's small enough that staff and patrons really know each other (unlike at mega gyms, to which I have had memberships before and not wanted to use). For example, it's not unusual to get a high five walking out the door. It's also big enough to have a great assortment of top-of-the-line
