Do not stay at the Diplomat in Hollywood, FL. The night manager -William is rude, hostile ,and condescending . I paid $399 not including tax etc for an oceanfront room for one night . When I went to shower the… shower had missing tiles and the shower had not been cleaned, it was disgusting. I went downstairs before dinner to speak to the front desk and showed the clerk a picture of the shower. He apologized and then said he would upgrade me to a room with a balcony . After I move myself and my children in the “upgrade “ after dinner which is smaller than my other room I have

Worst experience in my life..Never will stay here again..Won't get my money anymore..staff was nasty..and did not give me my deposit back and room was left perfect.smh never again..spent a lot of money with them to treat me like sh**..Maryland Hilton did it for me..🤦🏽‍♀️🙄😤😡

I would not recommend staying at a Hilton hotel. They ruin the reason for your night away. provide little information about the restrictions surrounding the hotel, the staff are rude and provide a complacent dismissive response and then completely disregard you. Even contacting the CEO gets you no where.
if you have an event to get to and any… kind of disability, do not stay at a Hilton Hotel. it will completely ruin your experience and you won't make the event.
They don't even take covid restrictions seriously enough, as not even the reception staff wear face coverings and no there is no

I booked with expedia 2 nights to pay at the hotel when I arrived to the hotel They charged me a expensive price than the one that I booked, I told the receptionist about the hihger price he said all because it was a weekend and I didn't pay online, I try to cancel the reservation but they charge me a big penalty what the hell??!! I had traveled from NY I had not option to stay, very bad experience!

Very clean and comfy place. And super friendly and accommodating staff. Only issue was parking was across the street or in the next building over, so no convenient way to move luggage after you park. Need to pull car to the door and load/unload luggage/guests before/after parking.

Spent Thanksgiving dinner at the Hilton with my family. Like most food service employers they were short on help. Those employees who were there were friendly and willing to please. The food was plentiful and extremely good. I definitely would attend again.

Absolutely ridiculous, my account has been "suspended" 4 times in 3 months. the funny thing is it's only suspended when I'm booking and using my points to pay for my room. all other reservations go through with no problem! Your customer service reps are NO HELP what so ever. What is the point of accumulating all of these points and I can't even… use them!?!? My reservation for next week is null and void if I don't agree to pay cash for the room. your "fraud" department takes 5 business days to respond and I leave for my trip in 4 days. Guess I'll be taking my money to Marriott

Had to find somewhere to spend the night quick, was able to book online and had the room I needed fast. Very clean and beautiful view too! They also have local maps of places featured in T
he Office. Only downside was having to park across the street to get $6 parking but it was a very short walk, and the parking garage has elevators.

I just attended a state convention at this hotel and the staff were all amazing. The food was absolutely out of this world. I can say enough good things about the hotel and its employees. Kudos to Dee and Joe. Thank you for a wonderful weekend.

This Hilton Scranton Hotel & Conference Center is in need of a desperate upgrade! I had to change my first room because it wasn't clean, only to go to another room that wreaked of cigarette smoke. The room was dusty and there were stains on the carpet. The shower had mildew and trickled water. The toilet seat was broken. I felt like I was staying in a motel rather than a Hilton. I was incredibly disappointed, even more so because of the $250 cost of the room. I asked the front desk for pillows and never received them. I had read negative reviews on the website, but figured it was a Hilton and they
