Dr. Shirazi is truly the best dentist I've ever had! He is incredibly personable, compassionate, and knowledgable. He and his assistant Ashley always take such good care of me, I find myself (almost) looking forward to visiting the dentist!

I had an incredible teeth cleaning and exam here. Daniel was the most gentle and thorough dental hygienist that’s ever cleaned my teeth. My dentist was also wonderful and I appreciate how he took the time to explain to me with pictures from the intraoral camera any issues that came up. The estimate from my insurance ended up being almost exactly as they told me. I will be back!

It is welcoming the moment you walk through the door of the clean lobby. The staff use a patient centered approach and decide on your care plan together with you. Painless procedures. Direct billing and payment plan options. They also donate their time at Homeless Connect.

My mom had asked if the insurance would cover everything we were about to go for a cleaning when they had charged her extra money so when she thought that the insurance would cover everything they charged her an extra 75$ so we had to keep constantly texting my dad , to kill some time we just went to starbucks because everything was out of order and mixed up we kept checking the front desk to tell them about the inscurance money but they wouldnt listen they would act like theres nobody there the thingisthat they never told us any information. In conclusion please dont go to this place dont fall

I'd give this place zero stars if yelp would let me. I would give them a couple stars for making a first appointment super easy, you just book online. Then the harassment begins. They begin texting me nonstop to remind me of my appointment. I'm pretty sure I can remember a date and time but ok.
Finding parking in their parking lot is quite difficult as it's always packed. It's the lot they share with loblaws, winners, TD bank, and restaurants.

Wow, that was one expensive cleaning. I started to become suspicious when several people in the office kept mentioning my insurance coverage. Like some of the others who posted here, I ended up paying well over what my benefits covered. They also booked follow up appointments for work that I am not even sure was necessary. Felt like they viewed me as an ATM rather than a patient. The practice was modern for sure and the staff were attentive but it felt like they were trying to bill me for all the office upgrades!

I recommend getting an actual printout of a preauthorization for benefits prior and watching your bill. Most places do preauthorizations when new or for expensive procedures at least. I came out paying close to triple the amount over and above my benefits. They seemed surprised too afterwards by the amount saying "my company normally covers almost everything"...except my company benefits differ per employee union. Regardless of their current promotion for free whitening for life, I won't be going back!

After 12 years of going to the same dentist (that is no longer anywhere near I live) I figured I would try someplace closer to home.
This clinic opened up near me recently, is looking for patients, and the dentist himself has great reviews if you look him up by name from his old practice. Going in to the clinic is a bit odd.. since it's on the second floor and there's nothing on the first floor it's a bit of a 'cold' entry way, and once you take the stairs up to the second floor it's not immediately clear where to go. There's only one hallway, so I took it,
