If I could give him ten stars I would. I've been going to Dr chan for 13 years now . He is very thorough and in tune with his patients concerns and health.
He genuinely cares about his patients , and it shows with his bedside manners. It gives me great peace knowing I can trust my eye health in the hands of very respected, well known Dr. He even gives his time and teaches at the Waterloo School of Optometry often.. Super Nice Guy!

Our family (including my mother) has been cared by Dr Chan for many years. Dr Chan has always carefully perform the eye exams and patiently answered all our questions; he also provides professional and honest suggestions. He also went out of his way to provide helps to my mother, when she had needs. Highly recommend Dr Chan as the optometrist!

Dr. Chan has been providing excellent care to me for over 5 years. I was unfortunate to have injured my eye while shaking a mat which caused corneal erosion. This led to nerve pain in my eye and further, migraine type headaches. With Dr. Chans care and help throughout, my recovery has been made much easier. When I needed further care, he was quick to contact the Ivey Clinic in London, which has supported my recovery over the past few years.
