An amazing place. The atmosphere from the second you walk in is comfortable, the staff are helpful accommodating knowledgeable and sincere. Not to mention the Dr.'s it is just a coincidence that Dr. Hamilton and I share the same last name but he treats me as if I were family. In short, just a great place. 👍

Nepean Optometric met and exceeded my expectations in their reopening protocols and procedures following the covid closures. Their processes made me feel that all precautions are being taken to keep both staff and patients safe. I was required to complete a covid questionnaire before entering. The number of people in the clinic is limited to only those necessary. Staff and patients are all required to wear masks. People have ample room to distance, except when the Doctor or technicians are hands on for a service, and then the masks and sanitization of hands, equipment and spaces is mandatory. All

I recently purchased sunglasses from Nepean Optometric, and had the best experience! In these COVID times, I was greeted by a very friendly associate who asked me all the screening questions. Lynda helped me select a frame that suited my face shape and looked good on me - I really appreciated this input as I find this is the hardest thing about picking glasses - to get a frame that really suits your face. She was helpful and encouraged me to try even more options that I initially selected to ensure I had a solid short list to select from. I have never written an review before but I felt it was needed for this optometric clinic. I have been going there for 4 years. The optometrist has always had a slight tone to him when it came to my contact wearing, I always felt like he was judging me and speaking poorly to me. I kept going because I need eye exams for some athletic application forms, and even though the price was extremely high compared to other optometry clinic I have gone to, when I submitted the documents to the Ontario Province there was never an issue. I love how they offer text reminders and communication. I can't always answer the phone so it was great to find out my glasses were ready via text! Dr. Charbonneau did an excellent job making me feel comfortable during my appointment. My glasses were ready in 2 business days and I am now seeing the world in high definition!

Wrong prescription! Doctor Hamilton prescribed glasses to my son. Eyes exam was done without care. When glasses were done EXACTLY according the doctor Hamilton ‘s prescription it was not possible to use them- eyes pain, headaches. We came back to the clinic. Lady suggests to my son just use that glasses 2 weeks to give time for adjustment. Nobody offered us the second opinion exam! We made it in ANOTHER CLINIC. My son got NEW prescription. Glasses made according new prescription are GOOD! And don’t need any time for “brain adjustment “.

I had such a positive experience at Nepean Optometric! The office is beautiful and welcoming. Everyone I spoke to was very positive and friendly. During my eye exam Dave (intern/optometrist in training) and Dr.Litwiller did a wonderful job explaining what they were doing and why. I felt very comfortable participating in a discussion about my own health and vision. Can't wait to pick up my new glasses!

I've been seeing Dr. Roy for 20 years now and have recommended her to several of my friends. They provide great service at the clinic, the staff is always very helpful and friendly.

A few months ago I went in for new glasses. I was examined by Dr. Litwiller whom in my opinion is an excellent doctor. Extremely thorough, no rush, and took time to explain procedures and the results of my examination. The staff who helped my choose, fit, and order my new glasses were fantastic. These are the best glasses that I have ever had because naturally Nepean Optometric is the best.

I had my first visit with Dr Roy and it was a pleasure from beginning to end. The staff were friendly and super helpful. From the selection of glasses to little things like replacing the nose pads on my current glasses, I felt like the whole office cared. I wish I could rate it higher.

I started having blurry vision and headaches when reading e-books or after prolonged work at the computer. I was able to book an appointment with Dr. Litwiller at a time that suited my schedule. She performed a thorough exam, answered all my questions, and prescribed lenses with an anti-glare glaze that was just the solution to fix my headaches. I highly recommend her services and am grateful for the quality care and service I received from staff at Nepean Optometric.
