To accommodate the growing practice, the Billings Bridge clinic saw two expansions in 1972 and 1978. I've being going to optometrists at eyeDOCS for almost 10 years, and I can't speak highly enough. They are skilled, and they have modern equipment needed to check for cataracts, glaucoma, etc. I have pretty bad vision and strong astigmatism, and they've been able to provide great contact lenses and glasses. I highly recommend Dr. Stolch!

This was my young daughter's first real eye doctor experience, and they were wonderful. My daughter had been having some seeing issues (distance mostly) in school, so we did some extra precautionary retinal imaging tests, which was only $20-25 extra (amazing! other places were asking double, or even more for that!). They were so good with my girl, explained everything, helped her understand what they were doing, and gave her a little basket to pick out all the frames she liked so she could try them on and fashion them for us, the reception ladies, and the optometrist! It was a positive experience

Visited the westboro location today, I was nervous. I spoke to Ashly and she took the time properly fit a frame that was stylish and is optimized for my computer work. I now have amazing frames that are stylish and I can see properly my computer screen! The professionalism at the office is awesome. Best part, they were able to do everything within my budget (which was my benefits plan)! Kudos to a job well done!

Purchased glasses at cost of over $1000 after eye exam. Soon found I was unable to see for computer, reading, etc. But I was traveling and unable to return to the shop immediately. When I did return and was re-examined was told prescription was too strong and would have to pay for new lenses. I walked out, have never worn the glasses and would never return to this neighborhood shop.

This is generally a reliable and nice place to go for eye appointments. However if you are buying glasses from a vendor other than this office, be careful to check that the prescription given to you is correct before buying the glasses. I was recently given the wrong prescription by Eye Docs and I bought new glasses from a different store. Since these glasses “have nothing to do with Eye Docs”, I will be bearing the full cost of replacing these lenses with the right prescription.

The most amazing and genuine medical team you'll ever find! I originally got admitted here for an emergency eye appointment and they had waived the fee for me. I had went here for 5 months on bi-weekly appointments due to my condition and I've seen every single one of their optometrists. They're all such wonderful people and care about the well being of their patients. They'll even take the time to call you to check-in. Absolute best experience I've ever had in our Health Care system

I have enjoyed nothing but an exceptional experience at eyeDOCS Westboro. The staff have, on numerous occasions, gone well beyond my expectations of "great customer service". Dr. Kuang is awesome - diligent, insightful, and goes out of her way to ensure all concerns are addressed. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

I've been to this eyeDOCS location a few times now. I get my eyes examined at Westboro eyeDOCS but when I need some additional testing they send me to this location as they have more equipment and are able to do tests that other eyeDOCS locations can't.
I recently had a Visual Field Test here and was happy with the service. Staff there are nice and friendly and the place is very clean. They keep the floors clean by asking all patients to cover their footwear with disposable blue shoe covers when you enter the office. There's a door-less closet for you to hang up your coat as well

It has been two months since I had my appointment.
I ordered new contact lenses and picked out new frames. I am still waiting to receive any of of those items!!!
My initial experience was good. I found the Dr thorough and patient, and the staff helpful.
But once I left, communication was non existent and I had to keep calling to get any type of answers.
Overall, I am sorry to say I am not impressed.

I have been to this clinic twice. I'm new to ottawa and booked an appt which took a month to get as I was having eye irritation. I arrived 15 min early for my appt as they told me, and waited 45 min to be seen just to have the eye doc tell me they forgot to get me to fill out the paperwork for a new patient. I also arranged for my file to be sent from my previous eye doctor a week ahead of my appt which they did not scan into the system. I received decent care after the wasted hour. I was given drops and told to come back in 10 days for follow up and this would be covered under OHIP. I tried

I decided to visit this clinic after reading reviews online. Everything was positive so I gave it a shot. I used the online form to request a visit and within 2 business days was emailed back with an explanation of cost, the name of the doctor who I would visit and a confirmation for my requested time.
The clinic itself is quite large and well staffed. I was taken care of quickly at the front desk. The waiting area is spacious and bright.
Overall I found the experience to be very friendly and professional. I was satisfied that the correct tests were being done by highly trained individuals
