Dr. Raouf graduated as a Medical doctor from the School of Medicine, Baghdad University, trained in Ophthalmology and Optometry in UK, qualified as an Ophthalmologist in London and Glasgow - UK 1983, worked as Registrar in Ophthalmology in England- Merseyside till 1984.She worked as an Ophthalmologist in Iraq and Abu Dhabi, UAE before coming with her family to Canada.
