Will never live in a Condo managed by this company and would recommend not hiring them to manage your property. I am a owner and real estate investor at the Gainsborough Condominium Unit. This company is the most unprofessional, unethical and unresponsive management in Edmonton. Their employees are rude and unprofessional, they yell, swear and threaten you when they make a mistake, make up lies and harass the owners. They are unresponsive to requests, refuse to answer questions, provide accurate information or professionally discuss solutions. Owners are unable to access their Board and are never

I live in Bearspaw Manor. Simco property management, in my opinion, is the absolute worst. The rep that services our building is pathetically non-involved. Always lying and making up excuses. If you are looking for a property management company, stay way clear of this one. They will take your money gladly but give you nothing in return.

Banned my vehicle from visitor parking because “it was parked in a unit stall previously”. I used it previously when my dad did not have a vehicle when I would go visit to save the visitor parking for others. Management won’t respond to emails, calls and or texts for over a month about the issue.

Someone backed into my vehicle in their parking lot directly in front of a security camera and then drove off in a hit and run. No calls or texts where returned at all when trying to obtain footage. I stopped a worker in the parking lot and asked for help, he said he “doesn’t want to sift through the footage” and that he didn’t want to help me. Trash people running a trash business

I can not believe Simco Management Edmonton's office is still in business. By far the worst management in Edmonton. We got rid of them at The Century. Thank GOD!
