My husband and I are currently residing in a Prompton Reality Apartment. We have had the pleasure of working with Jess Baddan, one of the most amazing property managers that helped us attain our beautiful apartment. She is so kind, lovable and simply awesome to work with. She has helped us get one of the best apartments in the building with a stellar mountain facing view! She is so helpful and responsive, and the best thing is her personality! We truly love working with her! :)

My experience with Prompton was the best so far, I moved in with my family about 3 months ago, Jess Baddan our Property Manager is a very attentive, respectful and professional person, she gave us all the necessary support during our move, always being available throughout the entire process. I have been a Tenant with Prompton for more than a year . I have been dealing with Fantastic Property Managers like Megan in the past, and currently- Jess Baddan for more than a year now. Jess have always been very Supportive and helpful. She is always Available and Responsive to the questions. Also, She have been very Kind and Compassionate while dealing with an Emergency situation, I encountered last year . Thank You !

I have been a tenant for almost four months now.
From the process of becoming a tenant with Prompton, signing the lease, walking through the unit and to any issues I’ve had with the unit since or the building itself - there is always an avenue to go to. Always a quick and thorough reply with someone to assist and care to work with.

I've been dealing with Jess for a while now through Prompton regarding my rental unit in Surrey.

I've had an amazing experience with Jeremy ( and before that a different manager, Jenna ). While Covid has had an impact on how property managers are able to have things cleaned or fixed, Jeremy and the great people at Prompton made things work like a dream when we moved in and as we move out. They are kind, professional and understanding. They are very clear on the laws and contract details so a renter knows what the expectations are for both parties. I appreciate being treated like a person and not a paycheque.

Nothing but an amazing experience from 2017 to 2021! Prompton and Jess Baddan (our super awesome Property Manager) have been awesome and have made our stay impeccably smooth and amazing. They are very professional and responsive all the time.
Jess went over and beyond her call of duty to help us, from suggesting the Canada post mail forwarding and even keeping some mails that mistakenly came even after we have vacated the place.We would like to thank Prompton, Jess and Megan (another awesome Property Manager who onboarded us in 2017) for making our stay so smooth and beautiful.

I highly recommend Prompton Real Estate Services and Ms. Jenna Ritchie to both property owners and tenants. Based on my personal experience, I found the services provided by Prompton to be timely, professional, and meticulous. Jenna is simply great. She is a highly responsible property manager who can always be found. She works around the clock to fulfill everyone's need event at night or on weekends. She has taken care of maintenance/repair requests for us in a timely manner as well. Prompton and Jenna has greatly enhanced our experience living in the City of Vancouver!
