2 words: Belva Wong. She is thorough, professional, and extremely keen. I used the website to view a property and was waiting for a response. When I finally got one, the times available for showing would only work for someone who has a flexible schedule or works from home!! Luckily, I took it upon myself to pick up the phone and call and luckily the agent I got was Belva. Were it not for her, I'm pretty sure I would still be apartment hunting!! The operations staff are terrific too but the bulk of my kudos go to Belva. This property management company is a cut above the rest because of her.

As a landlord I am very pleased with my experience with Birds Nest so far. They arranged for terrific quality photos of my place and managed to attract multiple rental applications from high quality tenants, from just one viewing. My property manager Caela Kang has been an amazing support through the whole process of listing and renting my place, is always willing to pitch in with any task, no matter how menial, and has a superhuman ability to respond to any text or phone call almost instantly. Like everyone else, I was searching many online mediums high and low for a place to live in Vancouver. I came across a listing I was interested in and contacted the lister - Caela. She was responsive and very helpful in explaining the details of the listing and any limitations based on what I was looking for.
When I engaged Birds Nest further by applying for the unit, the Operations staff and Caela continued to give me professional service while being down to earth and flexible while I prepared my documents etc. Since there was a quick turnaround between the previous tenant

The Bird’s Nest team and Caela my property manager are truly amazing! Within one week of being signed up, my rental unit was tenanted out. The whole team made the process so seamless considering my old tenant was moving out at the same time. I’m really happy I found the team at Bird’s Nest, I feel so well taken care of. I have worked with Birds Nest for four months now and so far it has been a fantastic experience. Their staff are personable, attentive, responsive and friendly. According to our tenants, they have received the same treatment. The unit we rented out came with a few issues that needed to be addressed, Birds Nest took care of all of it with full transparency and efficiency. Highly recommend!

I had a very bad experience with this company, I found them to be very unprofessional. It was only after my experience that I found out I was dealing with a young company that hasn't been around for long. Which explains a lot, as their business practices are not what you would expect from a so called professional company. They have a lot to learn and a lot of maturing to do. Not impressed.

Very unprofessional, barely responsive to messages left. Wasted 7 days of our time on a with an approved application by them. All over 500$ more for from a owner with a big dog that will most likely will ruin a… custom built property. The listing they posted clearly said “NO DOGS”, but $$$ is the only thing these people care about. Not the people living in the homes or the landlords/owners. All they care about is the percentage of $$$ going in there pockets. I would not recommend going to see any properties by birdsnest properties or listing your property with them unless you
