We have been very pleased with the services provided. The team is professional, responsive, quick in action, and our unit was rented out right away at market price. They provided detailed analysis, reports, and recommendations for us which made the whole process a breeze. I had not the best experience working with them. Did a pretty good job for the showing and were responsive until before the application. Right after the application sent, they became unresponsive and super late in replies. Wanted to change our application to new unit, but it took forever and we eventually ended up with another unit and company.
