I broke a tooth and lost part of the filling - but not an emergency - and sent an email late on Thursday night. After a very short wait I received a reply offering an appointment at 0830 Friday morning. I arrived and the dentist did a great job, repairing the tooth and replaced two fillings. Such relief, thanks Dr. Lee and Team.

I love visiting Archer Dental. My whole experience has been very pleasant and welcoming. The front desk ladies Nisa and Joanne are very helpful and professional. Dr.Taha and her assistant Chicklet are amazing. Dr. Taha explains her procedures and helped me learn about my options. After several visits with them they made my experience everytime comfortable and welcoming. Thanks for all your patience, kindness and care. I look forward for my future visits.

Izzi, a dental hygienist at Rosedale Archer Dental did a phenomenal job in my routine dental cleaning and check-up. He is extremely attentive, intelligent, and cares about my comfort especially when I told him that I have had a history of gum bleeding and sensitivity (for example, he is frequently asking if I am experiencing any pain and discomfort all throughout the procedure). I had ZERO pain/discomfort all throughout because he is very careful and attentive in his job. He provides clear and concise instructions throughout and also educates me about proper flossing and oral hygiene. Respectful

Archer Dental took money from my credit card over ONE YEAR AFTER my visit, as I was supposedly “undercharged” for work done initially. They did not provide any prior warning when doing this, just took the money off me. Be warned that this business practice occurs at Archer Dental. Your money is not safe even if you have not visited them for over one year. It is not the customer’s fault if you undercharge. Taking money without permission is seriously poor form. Existing customers be warned: Get another dentist and make sure to insist that your payment info is removed when leaving this place

One star - if you have dental insurance then don't come here, they only charge by personal payment. If you paid, you cannot be guaranteed to be reimbursed by your dental insurance. They do not bill your plan directly. I've inquired for out of town emergency - for First Nations Health or NIHB. The response is they do not directly bill. On a pro - chat bot booking and automated reply with personal file information, which shouldn't be filled out if an appointment is not guaranteed best to call.

Been going here for three years, but decided enough was enough. Been surprised too many times by the invoice at the end. They don't tell you the cost, or what procedures are covered by your insurance until the end after it's processed.
On my most recent visit, they offered to do an X-Ray on the fillings they did a few months ago to see how they were doing. They made it seem like it was a nice gesture that was free of charge... however, it turned out to be $30 and was not covered by my insurance. When I raised my concerns about their lack of transparency (which I had complained about

I have been going to Archer Dental for a few years and never had a problem. I recommended to my husband that he should become a patient and that's when it fell apart. They seem more interested in selling him cosmetic services that are not covered by our benefits. They don't give him the important info he needs, like cost, just that his teeth are in need of these special upgrades. His teeth aren't perfect by any means, but he's comfortable with his smile and isn't in any discomfort. He was asked to sign a waiver at the beginning of his last appt and he didn't even know

I love Archer Dental! First of all, the office itself is very modern, comfortable, and clean. Secondly, the staff are extremely friendly, accommodating, and professional! Finally, the entire experience at Archer Dental almost seems like it was meticulously planned to be as efficient and comfortable as possible. The automatic appointment email reminders, hot towels after a cleaning, large display screens while you're being seen: all this and more makes Archer Dental the best!

I was so disappointed and I wish I never been there yesterday. I visited them yesterday for a filling treatment, the doctor didn't fully controls a medical liquid which burned inside of my mouth,my face, my lip.
I am so worried that it would be a scar on my face, and it hurts, I can't fully open my month. I feeling everyone in my work place are looking on my face today.
According they said yesterday, it's an allergy, but I went to see a doctor after and said that not an allergy, it's obviously a medical burn on my skin.
I've been seen Archer almost two years and recommend

I found Archer Dental through Open Care and all of the staff have been super friendly, accommodating patient and thorough since my very first visit. At previous dentist locations I felt like I was always being upsold, looking for a new reason to charge me for something, but the staff at Archer have been very transparent in what I do and don't need.
Got my wisdom teeth removed and the staff were amazing at calming my anxiety. Didn't put me to sleep, instead gave me laughing gas. We're completely transparent that the needles would be the worst part and let me watch Friends on Netflix the entire

While visiting Toronto, one of my daughter's baby tooth fell out. It was attached to her braces by an elastic band that was placed to hold it to the wire. We contacted our orthodontist who recommended we see Archer Dental. In the past, when my husband has had an orthodontic issue while visiting another city, there is a mutual agreement between orthodontists to see other orthodontist clients and of course the client would pay for whatever the necessary treatment would be, but it wouldn't be expected for the client to pay for a full examination or x-rays. When I called Archer, I was told
