Services
The Fitness Centre offers a variety of membership options so you can choose the plan that works for you. All our Memberships include our Relaxation/Change Room, Showers, Massage Chair and Daily Use Lockers. All our memberships can be discounted for our Seniors (65 and over) and Students (proper identification will be required to qualify).
The Fitness Centre has awesome Certified Personal Trainers that are here to provide you with guidance and challenges so you can reach your personal goals. Are you focused on weight loss? Toning? Strength? Improving functionality like balance and flexibility? You will find the answers and uplifting support at our Facility and with your Personal Trainer.
The Fitness Centre offers an amazing array of classes to suit your schedule and your goals. Our core of instructors work with the class teaching technique, modifications and routines in their classes so come on in and learn a new skill! Enhance your fitness routine or just relieve yourself of the daily stresses that we each have every day by joining in with a great group of women in a class.
Individual Classes are $15.00 or purchase the series for $140.00. All members and non-members are welcome! Classes are every Tuesday and Thursday at 8:00 am in our studio. Our practice will be done with social distancing and high standards of sanitization to keep everyone safe. Kim has over 200 hours of Yoga teacher training and specializes in Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Yin, Restorative and Chair Yoga.

Great place. Friendly staff. I like how there are short and long membership options and frequent sales. No pressure to sign up for a year! It's never been busy in the weight room when I've gone. Could maybe use a couple more pieces of equipment, although you can get the job done with what they have. I'll be returning sometime after this pregnancy. :)

Very disappointed with the customer service. The owner doesn’t even acknowledge you when you come in or leave....can’t be bothered to look up from her phone.
I had issues when I used the daycare with one of the helpers putting her finger in my infant daughters mouth instead of using her soother. I had to hold off on going since I wasn’t comfortable bringing my children.
Lastly, I did not like the fact that there is no privacy in the change rooms or showers. Regardless of the fact that it is a women’s only gym, you should be able to change in private.

You are absolutely correct- the service is terrible there- even on Facebook. The first Facebook post of the gym's closure was by a member- NOT the owner. This facility was closed for a month because of a flood. Members asked for pictures, and they have not been posted yet because the owner ignored those requests. Do not feel like you are the only one who is unhappy with the service, Caroann. The service is just as lousy on Facebook, except on Facebook it is easier to be ignored.
