Front desk guy was really nice and quick to check us in. Stayed at Mt.Kidd. was approx $200 on Expedia. I wanted to upgrade the room to the kananaskis lodge (mini honeymoon getaway) they were going to charge additional $300.. so we didn't upgrade. The room was outdated and REALLY cold when we got in.. freezing! But, we had a nap, turned on the heater and it eventually warmed up! The Nordic Spa was AMAZING!! worth every penny! Definitely recommend 2-4hrs there!. The staff there was phenomenal!! We went on Sunday and was not busy at all! We had dinner at Woody's and the food was REALLY GOOD! The

Exceptionally Friendly staff, and absolutely beautiful area to adventure around - Myself, my husband and two kids stayed in Mt.Kidd loft room, and the kids loved the giant in suite Jacuzzi and upstairs loft area; There’s no a/c, but the ceiling fan kept our room surprisingly comfortable. Some of the furniture was slightly dated, but we spent 90% of our time out doors, so not much of a bother to us. Comfortable beds, beautiful mountain views from our room which we found to be quiet, and it was incredibly spacious inside. The pool, outdoor/indoor hot tub, and sauna were amazing, and the kids absolutely

Poor value for money: very overpriced. Dated, thread-bare furnishings that needed renovations years ago. Room smelled and the entire facility does not feel very clean. Synthetic sheets on the bed. Underground garage in the midst of re-construction. Friendly and helpful staff, but this place needs a gut remodeling.

We stayed here for two nights and it's probably one of the worst hotels we've stayed at. The suite had lamps that were hanging only by the wires, the mini fridge was not functioning, the toilet had brown stains in it, the bathroom tiles had some mold growing in it. And when we called the front desk to ask for a water kettle, they didn't even show up. This is likely the original hotel that was here many years before the Pomeroy Hotel right beside it was built, so I do understand that it is older. It just seems that they focus all the attention on the higher priced hotel, which makes sense, as you

As we have enjoyed years coming out to the Village, hiking, cycling, staying at the Delta, eats, food, nature for either/both work and play, and since the opening also loving our Nordic Spa visits, we switched it up and stayed at Mount Kidd.
Here is hoping renos and updates happen as it was a bit pricey for an old musty room. Bed wasn't too comfy. Pillows a bit flat. We woke so stiff from that sleep. Even the patio had old rocky plastic chairs however was a bit surprising and hope they bring thar lodge up to par with the Delta. Rest of the hotel and amenities you have access too which is still

Check in is supposed to be at 4. We didn't get our room assigned until 4:45. Then our keys would not work. After 30 more minutes the maintenance person told is we should not have been assigned this room. After 3 phone calls to the front desk and another 30 minutes we finally got another room. By now it's nearly 6 when we're to meet our group for dinner. It was a real buzz kill after a great day touring. You get 2 stars because the bar staff was great otherwise only 1 is deserved.

Great helpful and friendly staff, even after the busy long weekend. The concierge at the Pomeroy was amazing and cleaning staff were also fantastic at Mount Kidd Manor. The room was large and clean with a Jacuzzi tub in the middle. The King size bed was very comfy. The only downside was the sports team down the hall making a ton of noise. As for the Nordic spa, its a great place to be an extrovert or don't mind crowds, the pools can feel claustrophobic even with a few people in them. I can't imagine what it be like on a weekend... Above all though, if you come to the Nordic spa get a massage, they

We came out here for a weekend getaway. The room was nice but a little outdated. The bed was comfy. We got a massive sized balcony. There's really good walking trails right from the building and a lovely water feature outside that you can walk around. Little shops and a few restaurants you can pick from. There's also a pool/spa in one of the buildings across from Mount Kidd Manor that you are allowed to use. Overall it was a really good weekend there, we will definitely be going back! :)

Rooms were above average for the price. Nice big bathrooms, comfy beds a fridge and a good tv. The hotel opens up into this awesome courtyard with a pond and a water feature. There are 3 restaurants an a sports bar on site. A pool land a workout center. Plus some cool gift shops. I'll definitely be going back I didn't want to leave the hotel!
