The Brooklin Optometric Centre has recently expanded and is now a group practice of five dedicated optometrists and six well-trained and personable certified optometric assistants. Our friendly and helpful staff members are certified optometric assistants (CCOA) and undergo continuing education and training to upgrade their skills.

Our friendly, well-trained staff can answer your questions regarding lens and frame options, and will work with you to find the right pair for your needs. Wow!! Great service! My wife and I due to Covid have been housebound working from home and had to find a new Optometric center as we were not going downtown any more for work. The Brooklin center staff were very professional and extremely responsive to email inquiries. We found them online with Google and they are a 7 min drive from our home which was a bonus. Dr Yam was very informative and answered all our questions. The staff are following enhance Covid protocols and we felt very safe in the environment. I would recommend this centre anybody looking for a new Optometric service. We have not

I'm so extremely grateful for the professional service and friendliness of the staff at Brooklin Optometric Centre. I had not had my eyes checked in years and was super nervous. (Especially during our current unprecedented times with Covid) The process was seamless. From getting my eyes checked to getting glasses. Dr Leon made me super comfortable and took her time to explain every step of the eye exam. Then when it was time to try on glasses, the staff was very patient and gave good feedback. I didn't feel rushed to make a decision and received my glasses very quickly. I love them! Thank you Brooklin

Our family couldn't be happier with the care we receive at Brooklin Optometric. Dr. Pui-Yee Ho and her staff consistently demonstrate professional, knowledgeable, thorough and friendly service. The clinic is clean and welcoming and their flexible hours accommodate busy schedules. Highly recommend!!!

Service here has always been A1. With COVID they have upped their game! Their website invites you to fill a form with preferences to book your appoitment AND THEN asks if you would rather an email or a call back!! With my preferences noted I had my appointment booked within hours of my inquiry. Their online pre-visit screening was the best I've seen. Just completed my appointment now, and I felt that protocol was being observed and every precaution taken.

I know its covid but 4 business days gone by and no callback? I happen to be at pharmacy and decided to knock on door to see if I could book eye exam. Someone came to door and said if I dont mind calling from home to book because of covid procedures. I said sure no problem. I called Wed early afternoon and its now Mon afternoon. From what I could tell there were 3 people behind desk on Wed. Didn't look like they were that busy. This isn’t my first customer service experience with them but it is my first review on their customer service team. Not going back.

I had such a bad reaction to eye drops I couldn't even open my eyes. The Dr at this clinic made time to see me right away as an emergency and did a full exam. I didn't know what was wrong and was panicked but she knew it was an allergic reaction and flushed my eyes. She was super understanding and quick to help me. She even scheduled a follow-up the next week to make sure it was just a reaction and nothing else was wrong. They were all so friendly, patient and quick to respond. Definitely will use them again.

I recently swung by to inquire about their services and had the happy surprise of a very thorough chat with the front staff as well as a doctor that happened to be available at the time. I had asked for a quote for glasses as they happen to have a good stock of nice frames, and I was reassured that the clinic does accept new patients. Overall, I will be coming here for eye exams and pleased with the service even though I was not an existing patient.

I will definitely be coming back here to see any of the doctors. No complaints, they are fantastic, caring and professional. Front staff made perfect adjustments for my glasses as they were slipping off. They knew I had bought it at another optical but they still offered to fix things up for me. Wonderful place to be as long as you are chill and patient, they show a lot of care which thoroughly impressed me.
