We understand that walking into a fitness facility can be intimidating and that you may fear feeling awkward or out of place. Well, not anymore! At Push Fitness we offer a different type of fitness experience. Unlike many gyms that are only geared towards the already fit, we have designed our facility with the beginner in mind.
Build lean muscle with functional strength training and stoke your metabolism for hours after your workout. We will meet you where you are at, whether you are a novice or an expert, and modify the workout to challenge your fitness level. We're here to help you live longer, live better and be happy.

I was introduced to Kris Andrews in late 2004 after my doctor suggested my 'numbers' required some attention. I worked with him at Nubody's for a year and then followed him when he opened PUSH in early 2006. We started slowly but by the end of my first year I was running half marathons. The 'numbers' improved dramatically and I felt better than I had in years.
