We offer several options of personal training, and CrossFit classes to meet every goal, budget and fitness level. We take the best of weightlifting, body weight workouts, and high intensity cardio and mix it all into one program. It is fun, you can do it, and most importantly, it works. Perhaps you've tried a gym or fitness routine in the past that just felt like a dead end - no guidance, no inspiration, and no results.
LEARN: Join our private, one-on-one Discovery Course (Total of 10 Class: 5 introduction to CrossFit basics private classes PLUS 5-Class Punch Card for regular group CrossFit classes) to introduce you to CrossFit at only $199. We'll teach you the movements and help you acclimate to the program.

If you have completed the Discovery sessions for beginners, if you're an experienced CrossFit athlete, or if you are visiting Bedford, Halifax, Nova Scotia and want to drop in, then you are ready to join regular classes.We offer a 4,000-square-foot space - an official Rogue-equipped facility.
Personal training sessions are the most effective and efficient way to achieve your personal fitness goals, whether you're just starting on your fitness journey, or an experienced athlete looking to become a more well-rounded athlete with specialized, individual training. If your schedule has issues, want extra attention, or aren't a fan of working out in a group, our personal training program is a great option for you.
Nutrition is a key aspect of fitness! You cannot train your diet! CrossFit Basinview's performance food brand Side Door Nutrition is an easy & convenient way to clean up your diet, recover faster, work harder, and have fresh meals delivered right to your gym. Went to this box today as a drop-in while visiting Halifax and I was extremely pleased with the quality of box. The equipment is top-notch, the staff is very professional and welcoming. The class was led with the right amount of fun and structure to allow an amazing workout. Will definitely go back whenever I am in the area.

My wife and I were dropins and we were welcomed right away. The owner, Dave, greeted us and showed us around right away and all the members were super welcoming and friendly. A great box, would definitely recommend!!

3 months into my crossfit experience and have loved it, the morning sessions are great way to fit in a good workout around your daily schedule. Great location, large box with welcoming and knowledgable staff. If interested have a go at the community class on a saturday and take it from there,

My husband has attended a few community classes and is hooked! He is trying to convince me a third gym membership is necessary because he enjoyed the classes so much but he’s locked into his other memberships for a while. Stop being so awesome or I’m eventually going to cave! :D

After long deliberations, and overcoming some social anxiety and a hatred of people seeing me workout i tried the community class. The atmosphere, staff and members were welcoming, informative and encouraging. I didn't feel overwhelmed, and have already been back, and look forward to the next class! Anyone on the fence about trying, should definitely head along and give it a try!!

Best CrossFit gym in the HRM, probably the best in Nova Scotia, possibly in Canada, and maybe in the whole world! Knowledgeable and friendly staff who I can't recommend enough.

Awesome place. Great staff! Awesome clients too! We have a lot of fun!! I am not an athelete by any means and I don't feel uncomfortable showing up for a session. Be prepared to hurt! Ha ha!!

Started 1.5 years ago and I love every day I come in. Crossfit is a tough sport especially in the beginning, that's when community and support become essential.
Coaches are nice, experienced and pay a lot of attention to technique, which helps to avoid injuries. I find weightlifting classes beneficial for people without lifting experience and free Saturday community classes are a great opportunity to work out with your friend or introduce them to a whole new world!

I've been going to this gym for a little over one month now, from the first day in everyone has been supportive and positive. The coaches there are so helpful and quick to give advice for scalable alternatives when needed whether you ask or they see you have difficulty they are friendly and easy to approach. I see the members giving everything they have each workout regardless of fitness level. The energy and atmosphere makes you want to give everything you got.
The only thing hard about this was getting in for the first time and talking to someone. After that its so easy, you want to come back
