Dr. Hicks is an excellent orthodontist. He is highly skilled and professional, as is his staff. Very interpersonal with kids and adults. He communicates well. I appreciate that he takes time to explain the process and what needs to be done. I had braces as a kid (not through Dr. Hicks) and while the results were good I didn't continue to wear my retainer so eventually my teeth shifted. At the recommendation of Dr. Hicks I had invisalign as an adult and my teeth look great again. I will definitely continue to wear my retainer this time! Dr. Hicks has his patients best interest at heart and helps

Wonderful orthodontist, however one of his assistants is awful! Ellen does NOT put on her mask and breathes on all her clients. it's disgusting. she's not careful with her hands or her fingers, pinching, grabbing, being forceful when tilting someone's head up. her fingernails are dangerous! digging into the gums so hard they start to bleed! please talk to her, I'd hate to have to!

3 or 4 years my partner had braces from here and his teeth as an adult have spaces and look like he never had braces.
We were compelled to write this review because he now needs further work on his teeth-i.e. invisalign.
I want to warn parents not to waste their TIME and money on this place. Braces are one of the worst parts of being a teenager but you should at least get an improvement on your teeth.
He has big spaces throughout all his upper teeth. Shouldn't a place like this stand behind their results? Well think again. His parents wasted their money and now we have to shell out thousands

My daughter has a beautiful smile and a healthy mouth thanks to Dr. Hicks and his staff.
Professional from the get go. A plan was presented to us at the start of treatment which outlined everything with details about cost, timeline, and expectations (both ours and theirs).
Waiting room is comfortable and they provide free coffee and reading materials while you wait for the patient. There was never any delay or wait for the appointments as the office runs very smoothly and the doctor sees patients at the appointed time (what a novelty).
Highly recommended if you have need for an orthodontist
