Your initial consultation will give you the opportunity to meet our team, learn more about orthodontics, receive a complete initial exam, and find out which treatment options will best meet your needs. Perform an oral exam, take photographs and x-rays, if required, to determine whether treatment is necessary.

Dr. Millar and the whole staff are so knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. My son got braces at 9 years old which I was worried about but they really walked us though everything. In rare cases of issues or pain, Dr. Millar is totally available and ready to answer any questions without judgement or rush. The office is bright and clean, the entire staff are joys to be around. Not only do you get beautiful teeth but you also get to be a part of a very positive environment! 5 stars plus!

This place is extremely inviting and friendly. Everytime I visit for my invisalign checkups, I'm always welcomed by the friendly and warm service of Dr Millar and her entire staff. It just makes the day brighter for everyone. Such a Happy Place and warm enviroment to be. Top notch customer service and professionalism.

My son is just about to get started with braces to create space - we had an initial virtual appointment to discuss our needs, options and time-line . Dr.Millar was on time, thorough and made my son feel very comfortable. The coolest thing was that he was able to have the appointment virtually from home and I joined in from my office at work!

I love this place! During my first consultation I overheard Dr. Millar comment on how she wanted furniture stoppers on the back of the new chairs so it doesn’t scuff the walls. Just from that comment, I knew I had found the perfect place. If Dr. Millar is that detail oriented, could you imagine how much effort she would put into creating the perfect smile? Sure enough, 1.5 years later I have beautifully straight teeth and a corrected bite. Dr. Millar, Dr. Ponce and the team (especially Ati) are organized, professional, caring and overall just awesome. We have had a super experience with Dr. Millar; her office is bright, modern and beautiful, and the staff are very friendly. Most importantly though, my daughter likes going there.
We had an initial consult with 2 orthodontists for my daughter's teeth and we felt confident that Dr. Millar's recommendations were the way to go - it seemed like a more contemporary and less invasive approach. We have had a couple situations where we needed to be squeezed into the schedule on very short notice and the office was accommodating which was enormously appreciated. Our 2nd daughter's teeth are coming in

We had our first consultation with Dr. Millar today and my 8 yr old could not have been more comfortable. Every effort was made to include him in the conversation and explain the entire process to him in language and pictures/video that he would understand. We left the amazingly well equipped office with a smile and willingness to move forward with… treatment. Dr. Millar took the time to answer all of the questions that we had and her staff followed up with every detail to make it a smooth and quick process. I was recently in for a visit with Dr. Millar to get a new custom sports mouthguard. I have to say I was blown away by how beautiful the office is - felt like going to a spa! And I was impressed with all her new technology like 3D scanning and printer she used to make my awesome new mouthguard. So cool! NS Ortho also actively supports our Northshore community which is great. I totally recommend Dr. Millar if you are looking for a wonderful Ortho for you or your kids.

We were in Vancouver on vacation in June when my daughter needed some emergency orthodontic help. I called North Shore Orthodontics because they were close to our hotel. Not only did they fit her in right away, they were kind, helpful, and did it for no charge. Dr. Millar and her staff are the best.
