I hate dentists but this is the best experience I have had at a dentist office. I came in to have my wisdom teeth removed and I have to say, this dentist was so gentle and made very sure i was comfortable and in no pain. All the staff are so friendly and happy. I'm so glad I finally found a good dentist I like.

I have been coming here for 55+ yrs...things may have changed over the yrs but it is still the absolute BEST. Everyone is amazing here, especially Dr Mark...he is not only a phenomenal dentist but also very kind - hes the best at what he does and I have the utmost faith in him. Cathy the hygienist is also the very best @ what she does. She is a true professional who excels at her job. She has repeatedly identified underlying problems with my teeth/gums during regular cleanings thus saving me bigger future problems. She cares tremendously about each and every patient and goes above and beyond her

It is an easy task to rate this practice at such a high level because of the care and overall true appreciation for their patients shines through at every level. I have always had such a great fear of going to such a professional and I can tell you that through my own experiences the staff do everything in their power to provide you with not only the best of dental care but they go the extra mile to ensure that your time at their offices is as comfortable and overall caring as they can possibly be. I have been going here since I started having teeth. The staff has always been kind and awesome. Arriving as a family with 3 kids running around they were always on time and had activities to keep us occupied. The staff has also always been able to remember family details and hold a conversation while cleaning teeth.
Covid has changed some minor things but the service is still excellent. I definitely recommend Upper Ottawa Dental for your next cleaning.
