The office was very clean with a nice new modern feel. Given the pandemic going on I felt very safe here with how clean the office was and all staff was following health guidelines.

Just had my first visit to this dental office after making a transfer. The staff was very friendly. The office was very clean with a nice new modern feel. Given the pandemic going on I felt very safe here with how clean the office was and all staff was following health guidelines. After only one visit here I feel welcome and comfortable. I would definitely recommend waterdown dental!!

Received a warm welcome upon entering the Dental office. Asked questions about my well being taking blood pressure and temperature. I was taken in right away and my procedure was done with no discomfort and with ease. Happy with the outcome and would recommend this Dental office to my friends and family.

Beware! You will be taken for a ride!!!
I went to this dentist for the first time a month or so ago, because they were conveniently close to my new home. I booked an appointment to have x-rays done. (Over the phone, i was quoted $130 for the visit but I ended up getting billed close to $400.)
Upon examination of the x-rays I was told I have 8 cavities and it would be $1700 to have them all filled. This was a shock to me, as I'm well into my 30's and have never had a cavity in my life. I forwarded the x-rays to our trusted family dentist from my childhood neighborhood to get a second opinion.

I have been going to them for the past 3 years. In all this time, I have had nothing but excellent service from the entire team. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

Not terrible but not great. I would constantly go home with all my teeth being sore despite telling the hygienists numerous times to go easy on my teeth. Anyone who has had braces and has had the wire tensioned will know the feeling. It makes it really tough to eat for the remainder of the day.
I was also told I had serious gum recession over numerous visits and they eventually referred me to a specialist. I wasn't ever advised on how to delay the recession or anything to stop making it worse. The specialist echoed the same stuff the dentist said. However a second and third opinion assured me
