I’m so glad that Rick was referred to us for an inspection of our home a couple years ago. Quick to respond, great expertise, fair, honest plus his thorough reports enabled us to get the seller to deal with the deficiencies. So, I immediately thought of Rick when our company was dealing with water ingress into our leased office. His inspections were followed after a sale fo a $10 Million dollar home by the renovation copies. He explains in detail the cause of the problem and how to solve it. This inspector dose not deserve any star. He neglected to inspect a wall even though the roof above it shows obvious sign of leaking. It turned out to be full of ants inside. He also failed to point out that there are no heating options in bathrooms. Terrible home inspector. His negligence costs us a fortune. Don't go with him.
