He is very responsive, he patiently explained his answers to any of my questions. He is very professional, he did his job as thorough as anyone can, he spent more than 3hrs in inspecting everything.He delivered the report on time and in great details. All I can say is job well done.

I just wanted to say here how impressed we were with Charlie and his very thorough, professional, and knowledgeable service. He completed his inspection of our single family home taking his time to explain in detail and depth the things that we needed to be aware of. Charlie is extremely thorough with his inspections. Even with a simple bare warehouse he really looks at everything that most people would not even think twice about. He has extensive knowledge in building codes and has experience in construction.
Even the seller's realtor was impressed on how thorough Charlie was.

During a recent inspection I found Charlie to be professional, very thorough and had the appropriate up to date technology to detect any issues. Cornerstone Building Inspections recently completed an inspection of a large strata titled building for me.
