One should compare the number of reviews between those who leave 5 stars vs those who leave 1 star. Are the reviews left by someone who have not reviewed anything else other than this place as reliable as those who have been leaving reviews elsewhere over a number of years? Was an account created just to leave a fake positive review? Also note the owner's response to the positive vs negative reviews. Learning to take criticism and incorporating feedback is the basis of all good businesses.

Nice friendly receptionist upon entry and quick service from the owner Michelle. She made the whole process of management very easy for me to understand and gave me peace of mind whilst discussing the Property Management agreement. Friends referred me to Advent as they have rented a house with them and had a good experience. I found a brand new apartment for rent on their website and ended up renting it as the property manager was responsive and quick to reply to my inquiry and show me the property. The website was easy to use, descriptive and informative - all the information I needed was right there online. I’m much happier renting from a professional rental agency vs renting direct from a property owner, as this way I know I’m dealing with the professionals that follow the rules. Recommend for sure!
