I have been a patient of Dr. Eamon for 20+ years. She is very very thorough when she checks your eyes and will explain things in a way that is easy to understand. She has provided excellent care for me and my family over the years and that is why we would never go anywhere else. We prefer to buy our glasses and frames from her because she offers a 2 year warranty which is longer and better than the 1 year warranty offered by others. Aside from this, she gives back to the community. She is actively involved in trying to improve the lives of the less fortunate through her involvement in World Sight

My children and myself have been seeing Dr Eamon for several years now. She is very thorough and confident in her work. I love how she explains everything she does as she is doing it. This makes you feel at ease and comfortable as she is in your personal space. I trust her feedback completely and dont see us ever changing optometrists.

Unfriendly and brutal. I didn't enjoy my experience there as a patient. When we brought our daughter in with a concern we felt rushed out. Dr. Eamon claimed there was nothing wrong but really didn't take the time to check. Pixel eye center is the best by far in Kemptville.
We brought our daughter to Pixel for a second opinion who were able to diagnose quickly and help us address the problem with glasses. They were amazing with kids (unlike Eamon). Avoid Dr. Eamon if you can. Go to Pixel (plus you can book online at Pixel which is a bonus).

The team at Dr Eamon’s office was kind, courteous and kept a very clean, sanitized environment. I myself, had an appointment with her to do a routine check. After my visit, I ended up bring all 4 of my boys to her. The kids were very comfortable with Dr. Eamon, as she explained everything to them which made them feel important and at ease.

Always found both females on reception super helpful, and friendly. We came in this week and we met a super sweet and helpful British girl who is a total joy to speak with and she's got great fashion. We've never had a problem with Dr. Eamon either, she's an expert and sure knows what she's doing. Wow 30 years here! This is a health clinic and comes with knowledge, training, education, care. and quality. There's no sales pitch, with unregulated, lazy staff that don't know how to speak correctly. or who's first language isn't even English Like Lauirer Optical in Ottawa. Remember this isn't a retail
